I have a great smile and I owe it all to Dr. G and his team! The whole invisalign experience was awesome. The front staff was always helpful and greeted me warmly. The assistants were fun and gentle, and Dr. Gardner was very smart and professional. All my questions were answered well, and my treatment was easy and painless- Thanks all !!!!

I needed braces for the longest time but put it off because I needed wisdom teeth out and wasn't sure I could afford it. Thanks to the payment plans they offer and a recommendation from my dentist, I decided to at least go for the consultation. Invisalign turned out to be very affordable compared to regular metal braces and at my age, I definitely wanted something discreet. The doctors and the entire staff are absolutely wonderful - very cheerful and knowledgable. It's nice to go to a doctor's office and not wait forever only to be greeted by a grumpy team - none of that here. Only the best. I'd recommend Dr. Gardner's office to anyone and everyone.

As an adult and a patient of Dr. Jones I was a little apprehensive about having braces. Not to worry Dr. Jones encouraged me to get over that hump very quickly. He is thoughtful, patient and a very kind man …..And fun too. Be careful he will surprise you with a different color wire,lol. What a surprise it will be……. He has been very concerned about my progress has a great attention to detail, always tweaking the wires to the exact location for the correct adjustment. I could not have picked a better orthodontist. Extremely knowledgeable, and intelligent and very professional……………………… As a demanding patient He always answered my questions whether it be in the office or via email. I know I can always count on Dr. Jones. I feel confident in the information that he has disseminated to me. Dr. Jones from the beginning explained my treatment plan and has kept me inform as we moved through the process. He has given me options and talked me through my decision-making. To this day, it appears from my progress that we are right on target. With all of my visits, I am very grateful for receiving the best possible orthodontic care. The hardest part will be finishing up with my service as I felt I gained a new friend. I highly recommend Dr. Jones this certainly is a winning team Gardner and Jones!!

I've needed braces for a while now. I had been sucking it up and dealing with protruding teeth and would constantly bite my lips, TMJ, and grinding. I had severe crowding and overlapped teeth in my lower arch, and teeth that flared out in my upper and lower arches. Dr. David Jones provided my orthodontic treatment while he was training at Virginia Commonwealth University orthodontic. He did an absolutely amazing job transforming my smile into what it is now, and in 20 months at that. Dr. David Jones was very knowledgeable and skillful in attending to my orthodontic health which is why I believe my braces were able to come off so quickly, as I am in my 30's and this orthodontic treatment can take a lot longer. But in addition to his orthodontic skills, he was friendly and courteous. He took the time to develop a pleasant relationship and get to know me, which is very important when you have to visit someone monthly for 1+ years. Can't say enough good things about this doctor.

Excellent experience. Kid friendly, Dr Gardner is a knowledgeable Practitioner with a great chair side manner . Wonderful staff from assistants to front desk.. Practice offers several payment plans and makes sincere attempt to accommodate . Would not hesitate to refer others.
