Could not have been a better root canal experience. Dr. Charland was spectacular -- explained every step of the way; great "bedside" or dental chair manner. Support staff were effective, kind and cheerful. WOW; most impressive.

Nobody wants a root canal, but if you need one I highly recommend Dr. Charland. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience - her expertise, professionalism, gentle hands and kindness are unmatched. The office space is beautiful - bright and clean, and the staff is excellent. I was never was kept waiting, and every step of the painless procedure was explained. In my case, on my first visit I had an infection and was in some discomfort the next day, which happened to be the day of a snowstorm. I called her office which was closed, but left a message and Dr. Charland called me back within minutes and resolved my problem. Her services are well priced and inclusive. Months before my last visit I went to her because I had a problem on the other side of my mouth. Dr. Charland advised me the chances of her saving the tooth were poor and she sent me to another specialist. She is extremely forthcoming and will only offer the best advice and services. You can’t ask for more in an endodontist. 5 stars, no - make that 10.

I couldn’t wait to write this review! I was referred to Dr Charland because my dentist thought I may need a root canal and it was such an easy experience. First of all Tasha at the front desk got me right in and when it was confirmed I needed the root canal they for me right in for the next day, it was quick and painless. Dr Charland was so nice and explained everything and the next thing I knew it was over. I had not one ounce of pain from the dental work and my toothache is gone. Dr Charland was the best!!

Dr. Charland saw me for an emergency root canal. She immediately fit me in her busy schedule, was fantastic at what she did, great communication, wonderful staff, didn’t wait long, and it was painless and almost relaxing. I highly recommend her if you need a root canal!

Dr. Charland is an incredible doctor with the best bedside manner. I had a poor experience with another Endo years ago, but everything that doctor did poorly, Dr Charland did the opposite. I was in so much pain needing a root canal and every step of the process was explained to me and the anxiety I had going into the office based on my last root canal was eliminated as soon as I arrived in the office lobby. I hope not to need another root canal, but if I do, knowing Dr Charland and her kind staff can assist, is so appreciated.
