I was pleasantly surprised with the way staff and the doctor Pathak interacted with me. Assurance is what I believe that sets a doctor or doctor's office apart and I think Dr. Pathak did it wonderfully...staff were really welcoming from the time I stepped into office, absolutely little to no wait time, completed all the steps in an organized manner and finally addressed all my issues in an exceptional way. Thank you for a wonderful dental care and overall experience ?.

Dr. Pathak's office operates in a very professional manner. They honored the appoinment time, x-ray, exam and cleaning was does gently with attention to detail buy Dr. Pathak and her assistant. The office staff was friendly as well. Good experience, do not hesitate to make your next appoinment with Dr. Pathak.

Just make sure they actually call your insurance company to make sure your visit is covered. I was told our visit was going to be $80 and now I’m being harassed for 500??? Definitely won’t be going here anymore

First time visit to the practice and overall excellent experience from a client who fears dentists. Booking was easy through user friendly online service they have. I schedule a general cleaning with Dr. Vele. Place looked very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very client friendly and kind. Dr. Vele made it as comfortable as possible knowing my fear of dentists and the general cleaning felt painless as it could be with the general feeling of a very thorough and clean job. Despite my hesitancy to visit dentist office I feel comfortable with the staff and work that I will go again and recommend the dentist practice to anyone in search of a dentist in the area.

Title: Disappointing Experience - Billing Issues and Poor Communication Review: I had scheduled appointments for my family of four well in advance for our year-end check-up in December. However, a couple of days before our appointments, the receptionist called to inform me that due to a clerical error, all of our appointments were lost. She then made it seem like she was doing us a favor by finding appointments for three of us, forcing me to skip my own filling appointment. When we showed up for our appointments in January, the dentist said that three of us needed fillings. After the procedures, despite having fully covered Cigna insurance, I was asked to pay an approximate fee of $350+ without receiving an invoice. As I needed to submit the invoice to the IRS for my HSA account, I insisted on receiving one, and they provided invoice after a month. Upon checking with my insurance company, I discovered that the dentist's office had claimed to provide services not covered by my insurance, even though my insurance company confirmed that fillings were fully covered. The issue arose from the dentist's office using incorrect codes when submitting the insurance claims. When I brought this to the attention of the billing personnel (Patty) at the dentist's office, I was told that it was the patient's responsibility to work with the insurance company and that it was not their problem. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and billing issues experienced at this dental office. I would not recommend this practice to others until these concerns are addressed and resolved.
