Ive always had a good experience. Helped in emergency situation too.NOTE: if your experiencing tooth pain I got relief from liquid gel pills. Advil or Aleve. Poke a hole or cut it and put directly on sore tooth. Immediate relief and it lasts hours.

Dr. Taylor is an Amazing Dentist loaded with years of knowledge and wisdom. He don't just fix teeth.. He educate you as well. I was in awe at his ability to recognize the issue with my teeth was not hygiene related, He noticed I have anxiety issues by the condition of my teeth and he was 100% right.. all the symptoms he asked about.. I really was experiencing. And he was able to effectively fix the problem.. (tho it was mental) by prescribing a night guard for my teeth. I can't describe the kind of comfort and security that instilled in Me.. Seeing how well he knew his stuff 🥇🏆.

Place is a joke, show up to my appointment to get a tooth fixed which Dr Taylor has fixed a lot of my teeth well have a new doctor there that said he wouldn't do it.. waste of time... no respect.. theres more to the story.. they have a bad reviews. For a reason..

I’ve been a patient with Dr Taylor’s office on Huron Street in Waterford for about 35 years. Three years ago I did a review & gave them 5 stars.I went in for a procedure about 6 weeks ago & I am giving them one star. I had never met the dentist who was performing my procedure until that day. It was a Sunday & I wish I could recall his name.He did not introduce himself or even greet me. I explained I was uneasy & always very anxious about dental work. He did nothing to ease my fears. His assistants however, were helpful.He left the room, returned a few minutes later & stared my procedure. I asked him if the numbing cream had been applied. He answered very impatiently that it had. I didn’t recall it being done but when his assistant told me she had applied it I accepted her answer.As he began the work he told the assistant he would be doing a different procedure. I wanted to know why & exactly what he was going to do.I raised my hand up to get his attention & thus seemed to annoy him but I felt it was my right to know.He laid his tools down & said he was not comfortable working on me. He left the room.How insulting! I may have stayed with Dr Taylor’s practice if he would’ve bothered to answer my calls. I called several times to talk to him. I was told he was on vacation for a week at one point. I waited a week & back a few more times. I left messages with his employees every time. I even dropped in one day but he was too busy to talk to me. I told every person I talked to that I had been a patient for 35 years & wasn’t going to return unless I could talk to him about my experience. No reply. They did not even have a representative talk to me. I would’ve accepted that. I just wanted someone to listen to me.I will also say that it is sad that his office which had once been state of the art is now so poorly staffed & the physical environment looks neglected & unclean.Actually, thinking about it, maybe this is a blessing in disguise because there are too many health concerns in a dentist office that has uncaring staff & a poorly kept office

Doctor Taylor was so helpful and the whole staff was just outstanding and I was a little hesitant because I didn't know for sure On my coverage, was gonna be appropriate. Pretty far for me to go? But hope I get another chance to work with Doctor Taylor and his Staff, they were just outstanding. I just wish I was a little bit more prepared to be as appreciative as I should have been.
