Unprofessional. Set my appointment after numerous conversations with their receptionist and when I show up for my appointment they claim I’m not scheduled. Even though she verbally confirmed .Prior to that she couldn’t even confirm if my insurance was in network,said I had to call back and when I did she still couldn’t clarify. Wouldn’t provide an npi so you have to play the guessing game with the insurance as they clarify providers go in and out of network and they can’t be sure w/o that number and otherwise the dental office should know. Avoid.
I was very disappointed with Mouth Peace Dental. They were recommended by a friend. I had been fitted for Partial Dentures. On 6/4/21 I had 12 teeth extracted. After extractions the Partial Dentures did not fit. They were supposed to get back with me and they never did. I called several times and no response to my messages. I was very hurt by this. I am a 65 year old senior citizen and I feel that was wrong, they have been avoiding my calls. I spent a lot of out of pocket money only to be treated so badly. Now I have to find another Dentist to get my Dental work completed.
Doctors and Customer Service is good. However, when purchasing dentures beware of what codes are being submitted to your insurance company. Seniors should avoid getting immediate dentures the payments are excessive. Most insurance companies will only pay for dentures once every 5 years. If you get the temporary immediate dentures beware of Mouthpeace charging as if you get permanent dentures or portals.
I usually don't do reviews but the first appointment I had there was ok but the times following up were terrible. They aren't good at documenting, handling patient interactions, the treatment plans reflect what they can get out of service as opposed to what the patient is inquiring about. The last time I was there I was due for a cleaning but the billed my insurance for a panoramic xray and did nothing else. They said someone would call me to discuss my treatment plan. That never happened.... this office SUCK!!!!
Well it started off okay, but they put more time into getting me appoved for a partial denture and that's not what I went there for. They found that the tooth I had a problem with was infected and it needed to be pulled so I was given atibiotics and pain pills and told they would contact me for my next appointment. I had no idea I had to wait for an approval on the dentures (that I didn't request) so now a whole month went buy and that was not approved....Now I have to wait until my account is cleared from the $846 dentures to come off my account before they can pull the tooth. To me their all about money from the Insurance company and their not really taking into consideration that the patient should be there main priority, because of there process I still have to wait and go through the whole thing again with another Dental Office...So be very careful about going to this establishment, if you have an emergency that needs immediate Care!
