Dr. Papagayo always does a great job! The staff is super friendly and the office dogs are the absolute sweetest things. Doc always makes sure your comfortable and pain free, he *listens* when you let him know if your still sensitive or otherwise feeling wrong. Ive had no issues with the work he’s done for me over the years and will continue to see him any his team!

I love this place! It’s always pretty in the office and Dr. Papagayo and my dental team Nancy and Anna and the front desk staff are so wonderful! I always look forward to coming in for my cleanings.

This happen more than once at this dental office. I went in to get an evaluation for work needed. They would provide me with a quote. I had the insurance they recommended. So I assumed they knew what is and isn't covered. It's been awhile and I'm not completely sure about the exact prices. So I'm going to give my best guess at what I remember the prices being. They quoted my out of pocket, after insurance being like $140 for a couple fillings. I paid in cash and had the work done. Then a couple months go by then I get a bill for another $500 or so. I called and they said that the insurance didn't cover the porcelain fillings in the back teeth. They said that was pretty normal. But if its normal then why wasn't different fillings used or why wasn't that included in the estimate. As far as I'm concerned this is a error on their part, as a patient I'm at their mercy to evaluate my coverage and do the work that is best for me and my wallet. I was given an estimate, I paid for the work done, the work was done. You can't come back months after the fact seeking extra money because they did work that wasn't covered by the insurance they sold me on. I personally see this as a extortion scam. They are not the only ones, I see this as a common practice. No place is up front and transparent about their pricing. Its sickening that people are being taken advantage of like this.

I had a dental emergency. A crown/bridge combination fell out on a Saturday. I had to wait till the work week to see someone. I called his office and got an appointment at 8am on Tuesday. The dental assistant Terra was very personable and nice. Dr. Papagayo was also very nice. He went right to work and kept asking if I was ok through the whole process and it didn't break the bank. I highly recommend this dental office!

I'm always pleased with the service provided. Staff and Dr Papagayo are very honest and efficient. Myself and my kids are patients here. Makes going to the dentist easy for us.

Dr. Papagayo and his staff are the best there is. I have been seeing them for several years and they always go above and beyond with their care and compassion. The office is extremely clean and the staff is so friendly from the minute you walk in the door. Keep up the great work everyone!!

I’ve been struggling with intermittent tooth pain for the past couple of months and my regular dentist couldn’t find the problem. He would prescribe a round of antibiotics and pain medication for a short term fix however Dr. Rolando Papagayo went the extra mile, listened to my history with braces, wisdom teeth removal etc and found a micro crack that he thinks is the cause of my pain because of my cross bite and how my teeth set on each other. He’s getting a referral so my insurance will fully cover the procedure. It was such a relief to hear an actual diagnosis instead of, “well let’s just do this or that” and at worst they wanted to break my jaw. No way was that ever gonna happen. He showed me my X-rays and really made sure I understood what was going to happen next. Not to mention his office has a therapy dog which eased my anxiety and fear greatly. I appreciate him being so gentle and thorough. I will definitely be coming here for my routine cleanings from this point on. I can’t thank him enough. Highly recommend

Always a good visit at Dr. Papagayo's. Cleanings are usually pretty quick under 1 hour and mostly 30 mins. I've seen people come in with emergencies and leave happy. I've had cavities and when I came in Dr. Papagayo was waiting for me upon arrival with all things prepped so things went smooth. I've been going here for close to 18 years. He is professional and has a great staff.
