Absolutely horrible experience. Robert Lasell’s license should be revoked. Went in for x-rays and an exam on 6/20/24 was told I had no cavities and that I would be contacted by the receptionist to schedule a cleaning (not sure why that couldn’t be done while I was in the office). After a week passed and I hadn’t heard back and Cindy (find a better receptionist) wouldn’t return my calls, I made a cleaning appointment with another dentist in town. (6/27/24) being a knew patient they needed x-rays as well, and they found 6 cavities. Which left me wondering why Dr. Lasell sent me on my way, lying to me saying I had no issues and no cavities. Maybe he needs updated equipment, or more attentive/educated staff. Left me with a bad taste in my mouth and a feeling like he wanted them to further progress so he had to do more than drilling and filling them. Don’t waste your time here. They don’t care about your health, they just see dollar signs.

Saw Dr Lasell this morning and I can say he's a pretty good dentist. His office staff is efficient and friendly, and the assistants were prompt and courteous. After x-rays and consultation, Dr. Lasell explained everything very well, gave a good recommendation of the course of treatment, and after a second appointment, he worked on what I needed done. The results were great, painless, and his chair-side manner was very good, and a bit of humor to boot. The only negative thing I can say here is that his chairs are hideously uncomfortable and the offices are freezing. I'd recommend you bring a blanket, otherwise they offer you a dirty one off the floor.

I was his patient for a year and it took three appointments to start my treatment. It turned out I needed only one crown but he convinced me to renew the crown of another tooth which I didn't have any issue with. Now only after two years, both are bleeding after using water pick and have become painful. I ended up paying $2000 for crowns with insurance but could get half of it back after six months as I had been overcharged. Don't waste your time and money with this doctor and if you do always check your bills for unnecessary charges.

It is an awful experience that we have experienced with a dentist. Dr. Lasell examined my son's teeth at an surprisingly fast speed and came for another patient. We patiently waited for 30 minutes and I saw him doing paper stuff in his office. In the end, he returned and gave my son a 10 minute cleaning with a tons of whitening powder. When I asked him about the stain remaining, he says I should go to the pediatric dentist. Although the staff is friendly and good, and the location is convenient, I decided to find another dentist for my family.

Dr. Lasell and his entire staff are so kind and friendly. Nobody particularly loves going to the dentist but Dr. Lasell makes it a comfortable experience. He takes time with each patient and really explains everything. I feel like he truly cares about my well being and my dental health. I recommend Dr. Lasell’s office for anyone needing a new dentist!
