Super rude lady at front desk seems to be non professional clinic,I arrived with my mom for dental extraction at 11am she was about to close the door because the doctor was on lunch and once she realized that my mom don’t speak English,she replied in a very nasty attitude doctor not allowing any person inside other than patient since Covid and I was like why you have attitude with us I can explain to the doctor the situation then wait for her outside or I can be with her on phone speaker,then I decide to leave and go to another place

DONT GO THERE! Front desk lady is very very rude. They are unprofessional and they don’t know how to treat patients. Very racist if you not hispanic they don’t like to help you!!

I JUST CALLED THE OFFICE ON 2/10/23 AROUND 12PM. JUST CALLING TO GET QUESTIONS ANSWERED FOR THE 1ST TIME, THIS LADY HUNG UP ON ME TWICE. THE ONLY QUESTIONS I ASKED IF SHE COULD PROVIDE ME WITH A PRICE ON EXAM & XRAY & HER RESPONSE WAS "WE ONLY DO EXTRACTIONS" I SAID SO THIS IS NOT A DENTIST? SHE HUNG UP. I CALLED AGAIN AND SHE SAID THAT I WAS RUDE BY SAYING (NOT ASKING) SO THIS IS NOT A DENTIST AND HUNG UP AGAIN!!!!!!!!

EXTRATIONS ONLY !!! Muy Malo ? I came for a quote for a broken molar, you are locked out from entering the office and have to call on phone , to talk to lady in the glass box ( office) only to be told : THEY ONLY DO EXTRACTIONS ! Who every heard of a dentist that only does Extractions !!! ??

The customer service here is horrific. When I first came and explained what I needed done. The women attending me was extremely rude and disrespectful. I ended up leaving due to this.
