Dr. Rajashree Chakraborty - Dentist in Bensalem PA

I got dental work done here, only for it turn into an infection that spread up my face less than 3 months later. If i could give no stars I would, they also started shaving down enamel from surrounding teeth that were completely fine beforehand, instead of just reshaping the filling material in the tooth they were working on. I've since got all of the work redone at a better dental office and I'm healed, but it was resolved with 0 help from this office/practice. If you like your teeth to function as they should, go elsewhere. I'm also reading other people mention insurance fraud, and I can confirm that it seems like they're doing exactly that.

I WENT TO THIS PLACE FOR GOOD REVIEWS BUTI MUST SAY IF YOU REALLY HATE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY YOU MUST GO THERE.ONLY ONE WORD FOR THEM .....THEIVES.....I WENT TO GET MY EXAMINATION,THE FIRST THING THEY DID WAS JUMP ON TO GRAB MY CARD TO CHARGE ME $100 BEFORE I COULD EVEN GRAB A SEAT .THE DOCTOR (LOOKED HISPANIC OR GREEK)CAME AND ANALYSED MY DAMAGE BY SIMPLY DOING A SCAN USING HER EYES AS THERE WAS NO XRAY MACHINE. SHE JUST COUNTED MY CAVTIES (BELIEVE ME)SHE COUNTED THEM AND GAVE ME ADDRESS TO NEXT DOCTOR WITHIN THIS BUILDING TO GET A TOOTH PULLED.THE RECEPTIONIST AT THAT OFFICE HAD NO IDEA OR A ROUND FIGURE OF HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST TO PULL A TOOTH (SCAM RIGHT THERE)NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS WHO ARE HUNGRY FOR YOUR MONEY.WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO OUT OF 5.ALL THIS HAPPENED A YEAR AGO.THEY ALSO WORK UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME CALLED A1 DENTIST....BE AWARE,THEY ARE ALL SAME.

Been going here for a while now. A few years back I went to a different dentist after a few visits with that one I knew they were not for me. I found Dr. Chakraborty and I knew she was the dentist I was looking for. I know I have one of the best dentist there is. She care about her patience they are not just a dollar sign to her. She is caring compassionate about her patience. You couldn't ask for a better dentist.

Between 2020-2022 My experience here wasn't working out so well anymore If I needed to reschedule for any reason they would have no appointments for 3 to 5 weeks later Short staff Need to hire more people I had no choice but to move on somewhere else

Doctor made our visit very comfortable for my two daughters and I. My 5 year old was antsy and she kept her occupied with pleasure while doing her job. I greatly appreciate it. All the staff were a big help.
