Dr. Pellegrini was recommended to me by my dentist but I still shopped around before moving forward with Invisalign. Not only did they offer me the best price and a cash discount but after paying for my entire treatment upfront I never once felt like they were rushing me through the process. Every staff member treated me extremely well and answered all of my questions. The customer care and professionalism of this office is exceptional. Would highly recommend Dr. Pellegrini and his staff.

Dr. Pellegrini and his staff have been so accommodating and helpful! He has helped me achieve the beautiful teeth I’ve dreamt of. I moved to Spain in the middle of my treatment and they were able to ship my Invisalign there. I’m very happy with the results and appreciate the collaboration upon my return after covid. I held on to my last set to make sure the hard work stayed in tact. Thank you so much Dr. Pelegrini!

Anyone considering getting braces has to stop by and see Dr. Pellegrini. From the minute you walk in you feel welcomed with the staff greeting you and giving you a tour of the office. You don't feel like just another patient. You feel like they genuinely care about you and want you to be comfortable. The staff was very nice and you get the sense that customer service really matters to them. After you get your pictures taken you then have a quick chat about treatment options and the basics of braces/invisalign with Britteny. Then Dr. Pellegrini comes in to talk about your concerns and what you are looking to accomplish with braces. It was so refreshing to find an orthodontist to listen to what you want rather than just tell you what they think is the best treatment option and make you feel bad for not wanting the same thing. He was extremely patient and went over at least 4 different treatment options. I've been to other orthodontists and have been told I only had one option and it involved removing teeth and getting implants. So it was very reassuring to hear Dr. Pellegrini actually listen to what I wanted and how to achieve it. After you decide what type of treatment you want Dr. Pellgrini leaves without pressuring you to start treatment immediately. Then the treatment coordinator, Britteny, goes of the cost and payment options. This had to be one of the other great parts about Dr. Pellegrini's office is there was never any pressure to get the treatment today. They weren't pushy, like some other offices I have been to, and said let me make the decision. They even told me I could think about it and shop around to see what else is out there. I went ahead with the treatment and was booked to get started the same day. Dr. Pellegrini did some work on one of my tooth and he was very descriptive of what he was going to be doing and what to expect. Again, it was so nice to experience such great service. He kept checking in to see if I was doing ok, as well as explaining and showing me what he was doing.Long story short... If you are considering braces you have to stop by and experience what real customer service is like and find out if Dr. Pellegrini is right for you.
