Refused to work with our Insurance. The only thing my insurance asked for was an estimate before performing 2 root canals and 2 fillings on a 5 year old and they simply refused to cooperate. This office billed my insurance company the day before my daughter was even seen! I was told that my insurance was "too good to be true" and tried extorting $59.00 from me when our plan covers 100% of preventative care (cleanings). I had to stop care in the middle of my childs visit just to call our union hall. The receptionist was very rude and lacked simple insurance knowledge. Mind you this appointment was made over a week in advance which allowed them ample time to work out any issues before seeing my daughter. I would not recommend this office.

Went to this dentist and they told me I had paradontel disease and they tried to sell me an 800 dollar “cleaning procedure” before even working on my teeth .When charting my teeth the y did quote me some high numbers . Went to another dentist, and I do not have this disease . Their charting numbers were also lower. Sounds like this dentist just tried to sell me an “800 dollar” cleaning procedure to take my insurance money ..... So my advice is always go out there and get a 2nd opinion.

I've been seeing Dr. Pete for years. He and his staff are top notch! The office is clean and welcoming and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Dr Pete and Dr Beth are the best! Mary upfront is awesome and so are all the hygienists.
