So I told Dr Hanna and his office I wanted two teeth removed and replaced before I went away for training in another state. After my first appointment they said it takes a few weeks to get everything preauthorized. After a month I began calling. It took another MONTH to get a call back saying my STATE insurance was down NATIONWIDE. Then after another MONTH they called saying it was unapproved , bit UNSURE WHY. So they called and found out they WROTE UP THE REQUEST WRONG. Then they were able to get the approval THAT DAY. Makes me wonder why it took three months for something that obviously could be approved in a day. So I went in for the extraction, they promised me I'd have my replacements before I went away as they extracted TWO FRONT TEETH. A week later they tell me Dr Hannah's mother is sick and he won't be back for a while they need to transfer me to another Dr in another town. After days of not sending the records, while the office was clearly open. I then went to the new dentist who never got the preauthorization, just the x-rays. And they wanted to extract more teeth!! I was wondering why the doctor had to be there for impressions in the first place since I've had them before and the hygienist has always done them. They I heard the TRUTH. DR HANNAH WAS KICKED OFF STATE INSURANCE for who knows what reason. They never told me this and I really hope for his sake his mother being sick was not made up or a cop out cause it happened around the same time. Now I may not get my partial in time for training, if the office was honest and competent I world have had them months ago. The WORST EXPERIENCE with any medical office of my life. Shame on them, don't go there, I don't want something like this to happen to anyone, it was like a bad dream. 0 ⭐ if possible.
Took two months to see him because no one would return my calls about my insurance approving a procedure. Then when they finally did, they said it was denied because the "wording" for the claim wasn't right. They then got it approved the same day, two months for something approved on the spot eventually. Then the Dr had a family emergency and they had to refer me out. It's a procedure I've had done before that only required the hygienists both times. So they refer me to another place and it took half a week to send an email with my x-rays. Now I'm still waiting to finish a procedure that have been done a month ago.
This place is a joke, seriously don't waste your time. If I could do zero stars I would, to not think he should reach out to patients when "renovations" are happening which is actually Dr Paul Hanna being Incarcerated for Tax evasion. Setting up appointments when he knew he was going to jail, staff was also rude
Worst experience in my life in any medical field. They wouldn't return my calls instead of being honest and saying they no longer took my insurance. This was after pulling teeth out, which was painful, didn't wait for the novacaine to kick in. Then left me toothless. They also told me Husky D was shut down nationally, when it's a state service, they're not Even good at lieing. They are currently being investigated for fraud too btw.
I just recently switched to Dr. Hanna. I have had 2 appointments for some tooth bonding, both were painless, as he was sure to use Novocain and wait until everything was numb. I love Dr. Hanna’s sense of humor and I find him and his staff to be very friendly. I feel like family when I’m there.
