Dr. Nandini R. Murthy, DDS

Insurance Issues- Nandini has been a great dentist, very personable and hands on with clients. Unfortunately they are no longer taking any HMO insurance and botched the transition. I came for my appointment that was covered by insurance and then tell me when I'm in the chair, oh by the way you have to pay cash as we are having our own internal fight with the insurance company. Been going to Nandini for years but no budging, screwing me out of my final cleaning for the year under insurance. Unfortunately there was absolutely no empathy so they lost a long term client. I'd be careful to use insurance there. Such a shame greed won over compassion.

I want to thank all the staff at Dr. Nandini R. Murthy and especially the dental assistant and Dr. Murthy for their delicate and above satisfactory dental care. I have been to their facility on numerous occasions and have felt nothing but grateful and safe under their watch. I had my filings done here and it was a smooth and thoughtful experience. The staff is friendly and inviting and are very kind. I feel like I can ask any and all questions that pertain to my care here and am approached with honesty and patience when it comes to the knowledge they provide. Dr. Murthy is great and we had a great time chatting with regards to my future in healthcare. I would definitely recommend her if you are in the Fullerton and being right next to Fullerton College it's a prime location for any students like myself who could use a cleaning every now and then. Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Murthy for about 6-7 years. I highly recommend her. She is professional and personable. Her office is clean and sanitary. She is good with kids - mine started going there when they were about 10-12 years old. She has stable, long-term staff and they have always been pleasant, but some people I have referred told me the staff could smile more and be a little more friendly/cheerful. I would agree - they don't excel in this area. It would be nice if Dr. had some evening or weekend appointments and the parking situation in her newer office in Fullerton is very limited.

I have been a patient of Dr. Murthy for over 20yrs. & found her to be very professional, competent, easy to communicate with & caring. Her staff are the same as well as more than willing to accommodate you w appointment. I would recommend her to anyone ..sincerely, Fran Mitchell

These ladies don’t care about us what’s there problem we came in for 2 venir crowns and dental straightening, THEY DONT CARE THEY MESSED UP OUR REFFERAL DIDNT EVEN TELL THEM, THAT I need crowns or dental straightening ON THE REFFERAL. IM FILING A GRIEVANCE ON BEHALF OF MY INSURANCE COMPANY, and getting a refund. I don’t appreciate that.
