Dr Molly Francis

I found this clinic on my in network list and since reviews were glowing, I called to schedule. The person who answered the phone told me I needed to fill out the forms online and that there was a one to two week waiting period to get a call for scheduling. I filled out the paperwork which was not super user friendly. Then after 2 weeks I called them asking when I was going to get a call for scheduling. The same person answered the phone and told me he would have somebody call me to schedule that day. Now a week later I still have not received a phone call. Obviously I'll be taking my business somewhere else at this point, but I would have loved to have known from the beginning they didn't have time to add new clients. Edit: I left my number with the person answering the phone the second time speaking with him - there was definitely a way to reach me despite faulty software. Thanks for the offer to reconcile but I'm no longer interested.

Such a wonderful caring staff and doctor. I've been a patient for over 10 years and I've never had a bad or uncomfortable experience or felt like I wasn't being recommended treatment that I actually didn't need. I really like that they have all the latest high tech dental things, but the office and staff aren't cold and they make me feel very comfortable. They even have views from their chairs of a wooded creek, I've seen ducks and all kinds of wildlife, very relaxing. But aside from that they always make me feel like I'm taken care of and I get a lot of compliments on my smile.

Fantastic Dentist office! The staff and Doctor are all incredibly friendly, and genuinely care that your visit/experience is a positive one. I am a new patient to Dr. Molly's office and I am impressed with the services I received. The staff is extremely warm and welcoming. My hygienist was gentle and extremely thorough, educating me on the procedures she was performing on me including taking pictures of my problem areas and displaying it on the screen so that I can see the concerns. Dr. Molly is so friendly and easy to talk to. Dr. Molly also provided me with options and I felt comfortable with the plan of action. The scenery of greenery is easy on the eyes and made me feel at ease. I'd recommend Dr. Molly & staff to everyone!

Spring Creek is a wonderful place to have your teeth taken care of. They communicate well about appointments and regular cleanings, handle all the insurance stuff, always listen to your concerns, never do work they don't need to, and most importantly are simply great at their jobs, from the office staff to the hygienists to the dentist. And a lovely view of the woods from every seat. Very calming!
