Dr. Mikhail Berdichevsky, DDS

One of the rudest dentists I have ever encountered. He screamed in my face and demanded that I open my mouth like a child. He lacks patience and treats people terribly. I recall an incident with another patient, who was Indian and didn’t speak English very well. The patient politely explained that he had an appointment next Thursday but couldn’t make it because he had a flight. He kindly asked if he could come another day before leaving the country. The dentist’s reaction was outrageous. He responded, “I don’t care, it’s not my business.” Because the patient didn’t speak English well and he had medical needs, he was treated horribly. The dentist even asked him to leave when the patient was begging to reschedule his appointment. The second time I was there, a mother came in with her young child who was in severe pain and needed emergency care. The dentist rudely told the child, “Shut up. You are a man.” The mother was shocked. She also left a review stating that she would never come back. He also asked me to hold his impression tray for him while he treated another patient in a different room. Yes, this really happened! He forgot to use his gloves while treating me and got mad when he noticed that he didn’t get the desired results from the impression tray and had to do it again. He didn’t have an assistant to help and expected me to do it for him. This is insane! I didn’t finish my dental treatment and I never went back there. We will never go back there!

This was the most inefficient and pathetic dental cleanings I've ever had in my life. I was scheduled for 2pm, the cleaning began at 2:47 and the cleaning ended at 2:50. Yes, that is only 3 minutes of cleaning. He first skimmed over my teeth with something that felt like it was taking the outer layer of tooth off and was extremely irritating to my ears. Then he very briefly skimmed over some of my teeth surfaces with the round electric brush. I looked at the time, and said, "are you going to clean more?" He responded, "no, your teeth are perfect. Why would I waste your time. Have a good life." I was out the door by 2:54. Unbelievable.

Its like tough love... but I feel like that's a perfect fit for dentistry. It ain't pretty! Dr is pretty no nonsense and comes off tough. So what? Go elsewhere. He does the necessary workand does a good job at it and they have always worked with my insurance or lack of at the time and i am super appreciative of him and his staff

I had a very disappointing experience with this dentist. Three days after getting a filling, it cracked, and now the tooth is completely ruined. I’ve already gone through two root canals and cleanings on this tooth, but nothing has helped. I’m not going to bother with endodontists anymore—I’ve decided to have it removed. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend.

This dentist is extremely rude. He pushed me out of his chair, screamed at me. Didn't let me even talk. He piles up clients and rush everyone. He pushed out of his office and hurt my right arm. The whole staff is rude. They don't make appointments, just ask you to go.

Full of activities while waiting for my turn. Loud, some screams and I found it entertaining. Very friendly. Very professional. I'm going back again. Keep up the good work.
