Dr Michael Thompson has been my periodontist for at least a year, and I have visited his office on multiple occasions for a tooth being pulled, gum issues, bone grafting and an implant. Each time, I’m dealt with the utmost care and respect, and can’t say enough about the quality, patience, professionalism, and kind nature in which each staff member dealt with me. And that’s not including the very essence of excellence from Dr Thompson himself. I appreciate so much his taking a call on his cell phone at night when I was in so much pain because of an infection I developed. He was quick to answer the call, and quick to get me in to solve the problem. His very nature is developing a good personal relationship with his patience and I appreciate that, and trust his work. Dr. Thompson has built an amazing crew, and he himself is pretty awesome! My case was very difficult to say the least, but he did not give up until everything worked out perfectly for me.… without charging me an extra dime from the original price I might add! He is determined that every patient gets their happy ending. Each time I’ve been in the clinic has been nothing short of a wonderful experience. Yes, implants are expensive, but he and his team are going to make sure it’s done right! I appreciate them all so much!
