Dr. Marsha Mouton @ LaTijera Dental Professionals

I’ve been a long term patient of Dr. Mouton. I have always received excellent dental care from her through out the years. She’s available whenever I need her, whether she’s at work or not. I would recommend her because of her expertise, professionalism, kindness and her willingness to listen to my needs! I thank her for all the years of service to me.

Dr. Mouton is probably one of the best dentist I’ve ever seen. She’s extremely patient, knowledgeable about nutrition, and how to keep my teeth healthy. Even though she’s shortstaffed, she made sure that I was comfortable and she was very gentle . I also like the fact that I didn’t have to wait, she saw me right away at my appointment time. I would definitely refer her to anyone I know.

This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL dentist I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. I went to her back in April 2022 to start much needed dental work. My first appointment was an exam and dental x-rays. I was patient with her while she took weeks to determine if my insurance would work with her, which should have been the first red flag. Long story short, due to some indiscretions on her part they agreed only to cover the imaging, but would not cover any work with her beyond that. I have a new dentist who requested those x-rays that I paid for and was told in a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL manner that she would not send my x-rays because she doesn’t have an assistant and does not have time. It takes five minutes to send x-rays through email or U.S. mail. What professional dentist communicates with a colleague in such a dismissive manner? I would definitely steer clear of this dentist.

I'd originally came in thinking I needed my wisdom teeth remove. I was in extreme pain and had terrible migraines that were negatively effecting my work. Dr. Mouton was very kind and after checking a few x-rays and pictures of my teeth determined that a root canal of one of my teeth would relieve my pain. Naturally, I panicked thinking that it'd be a painful procedure. She assured me everything would be fine and I scheduled the appointment for the root canal. The procedure went very smoothly and painlessly as Dr. Mouton talked me through every step of the way. My brother came to pick me up and she even helped walked me down the stairs while I was in drug induced haze. Overall this was the best experience I'd ever had at a dentist office. For anyone like me who is absolutely terrified of the dentist, and of course those that are far braver than me, I'd highly recommend her practice.

Dr. Mouton is my girl! She is the sweetest and kindest dentist ever. Not only that, she is one of the few dentists who doesn't try to nickle and dime you. She is a great dentist who will be honest and transparent about your treatment plan. Ps, her office is always spotless and welcoming.
