Horrible service and people working there! I had paid out of pocket to get two teeth 3D scan done here where I was waiting for over an hour to have them done because the technician that does it goes on lunch in the middle of my appointment. I bring the CDs to my periodontist who has the equipment to view these types of CDs and there is nothing on the CDs. I call numerous times back to this office spoke with Ash receptionist describing the issue for them to help me out and they say that only manager Martella can take a look into it who is there only on Wednesdays who never gives me a call back and I have to follow up on my own to check if anything was done . Nothing was done and another receptionist Margi who has horrible attitude telling me that I should come to the office and bring the CD because they want to see if there is anything on them (or if the other office is lying). I have a major situation with my tooth and this office has been delaying my treatments that I need urgently. The doctor didn’t even check the other scan ai had done or give me a follow up as I requested since he was already busy with other patient. The worst place to go to. Ridiculous people.

Dr. Galster was professional and all business. But I would recommend. I went to the Fort Myers office. But what made the experience much better, from the fear of getting a root canal, was the hygienist Sheila! Wow, what a breath of fresh air! Super sweet, and so caring! The receptionist were friendly as well.

100% happy with my root canal!! Dr. Galsterer was professional and caring and supremely competent. I felt in very good hands, and have been completely satisfied with the results. Would highly recommend and would definitely seek him out if I needed an endodontist again.

I had an infected molar on the lower right side of my mouth. Was able to get in and see Dr. Galsterer in one day. Did an excellent job on my root canal I felt no pain during the procedure or after it was finished. I am a retired dentist so I am familiar with the procedure. He is very proficient and I feel very comfortable in his care. I would highly recommend him to others and if I needed another root canal I would truly seek out care from him again. Thanks Doc!

Worst experience ever trying to actually book an appointment. However, Darlene fixed everything and when I finally got in, all office staff was super nice. Galsterer was cordial and professional and my procedure was completely painless (I was terrified it was going to hurt so bad). If you can get past the scheduling issues, everything else should be smooth sailing from there!

I had a root canal done on Friday, October 25th. I called the office on Monday, October 28th, to report excessive swelling, bruising and pain. They told me that's normal. I saw my regular physician for an appointment that day. She said "ABSOLUTELY not normal." Tuesday I sent pictures and and a note asking for help and a solution for the pain and swelling. No response at all. I sent more pics on Wednesday and Thursday, Again no response. My text on Thursday, I mentioned that I would be posting on social media what a horrible experience I had. Of course, they called me late Friday morning and said they could fit me in later on Friday afternoon. This was 8 days later. I told them no, too little, too late. They called because I said I was going on social media. They had all week to respond. The last picture with the light bruising is from today, Tuesday, November 5th, 12 days since the root canal. Not Normal. I have spoken to another physician and at least 10 people that have had 1 to 4 root canals, and Never had this happen. Giving a week to address a problem is more than fair. Making me suffer with no acknowledgement is very bad business. I DO Not recommend Dr. Galsterer.

The endodontist my son saw was pretty standoffish and was either super duper busy that day or struggled socially, but he did a fantastic job on my son's tooth. My son was terrified about it hurting, but he said it did not hurt one bit to get that root canal. The office staff (front desk and the techs we met) is spectacular here. They are super sweet, attentive, and gentle.
