Honestly, not a bad place. The staff were really nice and the doctor was honest about the price. She even gave me a discount deal. It has been nearly 2 years since my brother’s braces were done and his teeth are perfect. Not sure why people are not giving this a good rating. There were a few issues here and there but they were able to squeeze my brother at a reasonable time frame to fix any issue. I really wish there opening hours would change but nonetheless, you get professional work done at a good price.

Horrible . Please go somewhere else. Braces have been on for 2 months wires keep coming out . They are rude here no one gives you answers . They are not cheap here. They do not know how to fit braces. Since my daughter started treatment 3 times the wires have come off on there own. So the treatment is useless. Please go anywhere else.

The doctor is very respectful. The staff are nicetoo. However, poor efficiency fanancing payments don't do their job it is very stressful ? and every time, they get worse. They don't do well at sending claims Communication with the insurance carrier .. and with appointment horrible poor Communication with patients. What a waste.

I love this orthodontist office. The ladies are always so nice, professional and efficient. Sometimes I’ve even brought my infant in with me and they have been so sweet about helping me while I get my braces tightened. They are truly the best orthodontist office I’ve been too.

After almost 3yrs of my son having braces on to get him ready for major surgery Dr. Dejesus decided that she is above the surgeons and doesn't want to continue care with my son. This is sooo unprofessional and to think that all she had to do was minor adjustments before surgery could take place. She said he is ready for surgery when all 3 surgeons says he is not.

In the office they are very nice but it is very misleading (so don't be fooled by the smiles) because you wait to be attended an hour plus, all they do is chit chat and joke around while treating patients with their mouths wide open and because they do this they make a lot of mistakes. They rush your process even if you have concerns based on your teeth. Parents are not allowed to enter the office with their children (BIG MISTAKE ON THE PARENTS PART FOR ALLOWING THIS). They do not accommodate the patient whatsoever and they also do not cut or fix the retainers therefore the whole process is very uncomfortable. DO NOT use their services. Listen to the reviews and go somewhere else.
