They were so gentle and sweet with my 3 year old. Did a great job talking me through the expectations and allowing me to be there and love on him during the process as much as possible. The waiting areas are clean and cozy and playing a family-friendly movie while you wait. They are quick to offer a toy or stickers to the little one to help distract them from unpleasant parts of the process. We had a great experience, both with interactions with all the staff and the building set-up in general.

This was my autistic sons’ first 2 appointments with them and everyone was so kind and worked with him with care. They never pushed him to anything he wasn’t comfortable with and made me feel safe knowing they were taking great care of my son. I’m so appreciative of all the staff here!

I’m glad, I brought my son here today. I did feel Discourage bringing him before his due date but I had to realize, this was best for him. The doctors and nurses did a wonderful job. The reception in front they were very polite and patient. I appreciate them keeping me informed what was going on during his procedure. They were all so professional and organized, they really take care of your kids during their procedure. My son haven't had anything complications since he's been at home he’s already active but I’m still monitoring him. I’m glad, I had the courage to put him first. I recommend this place and Dr.Know dentist offices as well. Great place to take your kids with wonderful doctors

Everything went well until they released us. I live in Covington so it’s definitely a drive for me and I had to pull over 3 different times to clean my son up because they had not put any gauze in his mouth after having 4 teeth removed. Blood kept pouring out of his mouth and it was everywhere. I had no problems with this place until today. I am very upset and disappointed that they would let this happen and on top of everything I tried to call back the first time I pulled over and their office was no longer accepting calls. Very disappointing.

Very excellent staff !! From entering the building to exiting staff made sure my baby boy and my family were ok. My nerves were really bad and I cried through the process of sedation. My baby boy had 4 extractions and other dental work I recommend this place 10/10.
