Giving this place 2 stars. I had a great first experience here. The second time around, I went back in to have a chip fixed that happened during a filling. I was told I owed more money, so I contacted my ins. Turns out I was being overcharged to begin with. Despite my ins reaching out and speaking to “Latoya”, she still REFUSED to refund me and listen to the rep. She was SO RUDE about it. As far as the dentist himself, he was very nice and I had no issues with him. Latoya, on the other hand, TERRIBLE customer service! She has a bad attitude. They need better front desk staff. It’s sad to say, but who knows how many other people were overcharged.

Amazing group of people to go in and see and interact act with. They have a great care for all their patients. They treat you more likely family and not as just another patient.

Dr. Kiono Barnes and his staff work as a team. A professional, courteous, and patient doctor who has a great personality always willing to share his wisdom. That's why I trust him with my dental care. Thank you for your service!

My son and I both go to Dr. Barnes. Hands down, he's the best dentist we've ever had. He and his staff are amazing! They take the time to thoroughly explain things to you, very professional and organized. The environment is very calm and soothing, it's an EXCELLENT place to go for dental care.

Great customer service from the front desk to all those in between before you get to the dentist. Dr. Barnes is awesome!

Dental Concepts really takes care of their patients from the time you walk through the door until the time you leave. Dr. Barnes’s bedside manner is top notch. He’s also very candid about his treatment recommendations. They’re very accommodating to last minute appointment changes and dental emergencies. The climate of the clinic is that of a family environment, and his staff all speak so highly of him as a person as well as a boss!

Dr. Barnes is the best. Bet knowledgeable and so kind. That’s kind part is his best feature. His staff are very pleasant as well.
