Dr. Kevin Pierce

I use Dr. Pierce for myself and my son. He is a great dentist! Very professional but not cold. His staff is great too! Everyone is very welcoming and they'll take good care of you from the moment you walk in. My son started seeing him when he was much younger. It was the first dentist that didn't terrify him. We had tried 3 children's clinics before and my son hid under the tables or cried each time. I don't know what magic they have but I def recommend for the whole family!

I was going to choose Dr. Pierce as my new family dentist but after how they treated my sweet mommy Annette, who is very ill, I decided there was no way! They have no heart! They owe her an apology but troglodytes like them would die first.

I loved this dentist at first but now I’m confused and disappointed. About two weeks ago I saw him and he said I had a tooth that needed to be extracted. Actually he said two because I saw him once before with another tooth that is now bothering me again. They referred me to an oral surgeon and at first I thought there was no way I could afford it. However, I was able to get the money but I’m unable to reach them. I finished the antibiotic Dr. Pierce has me on I believe Wednesday? I’m not sure. Anyway, it started hurting again as did the other tooth. I’m in excruciating pain, my face is swollen, I’m taking about 10,000 mgs of acetaminophen a day but it doesn’t help. I waited in agony all weekend thinking for sure Dr. Pierce would help me. I was wrong. They said there is nothing more they can do for me and that I either need to go to the ER (which is impossible for me) or my PCP who is new for me and takes about 4 hours round trip to see to get a rocephen (sp?) shot. I can’t believe they refuse to prescribe an antibiotic. I would appreciate some relief with pain meds but getting those is almost impossible even though I’ve rarely ever taken them. I don’t use drugs nor do I drink alcohol so I’m not a threat to abuse pain meds. He prescribed 13 caplets twice. I’m shocked that they couldn’t care less about me. They’ve abandoned me.
