Always a pleasure to come into this office. I've never had a bad experience.Everyone's very friendly and very helpful .I saw the new Dr today and he was very professional doing his job and also very friendly and kind. He explained everything in detail as he was checking my teeth. Also the Lady that does my cleaning is fantastic. Always making sure you're doing okay while she's doing the job. She's Great.

Everyone, including Dr. Thatch, is friendly and welcoming. My cleaning was thorough, professional and painless. X-rays were done to continue to monitor a tooth with resorption, so I can determine when and how to address it. I had no problem getting my 6 month check up appointment in April. I’m very comfortable, confident and happy with all staff members of the team.

Best dental office in the Tri-Cities been going here since I was a kid prob 30 years now..... has always had a wonderful staff. Everyone in the building is always smiling and in a great mood highly recommended!!!

Dr. Thatch did a root canal for me earlier this year that I was terrified to have done. She did an excellent job and assured me it wouldn't be a bad experience despite the horror stories friends who have had them elsewhere told me. She was right, it actually felt good once she released the pressure that was hurting so much. Yesterday I saw Dr. Wire for an emergency repair and he was very professional as well. I've been coming to this office for around 15 years and was a patient of Dr. Bates who started the practice many years ago. Glad to see he left the business in good hands upon his retirement. I really like both of the doctors there now and plan to remain a patient at this office.

I had my initial exam with Dr Katrina Thatch yesterday. Super professional and sincere. After the evaluation I was given options and hope about my teeth! I have a 6 unit bridge and developed cavities on my canines that are the anchor teeth for the bridge. My last dentist gave me 2 very expensive options, where Dr. Thatch listened to my concerns and put me at ease with less evasive solutions. I couldn’t be happier with my new doctors!! Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

I have an excellent hygienist I've been seeing for several years now for regular cleanings. I wouldn't go anywhere else or let anyone else touch my teeth . Dr Bates created a great team and it really shows around the tri cities .
