I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Louscher and the staff at Midlothian Dental Center. I was very nervous to come back to the dentist after many years and some bad experiences, and I am so happy I chose Midlothian Dental Center and have started working with Dr. Louscher. She is so kind and patient and listened to all my concerns. She never made me feel embarrassed. All of the staff are so warm and made me feel that they were on my team and working together to help get my teeth back to a healthy place. They did everything they could to make my experience as smooth as possible, including handling referrals and appointments to the endodontist and oral surgeon. Dr. Louscher explained everything and went over the treatments thoroughly. I highly recommend Dr. Louscher and the kind and empathetic staff at Midlothian Dental Center.

I recently moved to Richmond and was in search of a new dentist. I contacted Dr. Louscher as I had dental pain and she was able to see me within 24 hours. She addressed my pain and discussed possible treatment plans thoroughly. She was absolutely caring and sweet. She also gives painless injections!! I received my new beautiful crown and it has given me zero problems. 10/10 recommend her as your dentist. She’s thoughtful, great hand skills, and communicates well.
