Dr. Johnny Reid, DMD

My family has been seeing Dr. Reid for almost 2 years now. Dr. Reid is very patient and gentle with his patients. He does his best to explain what and how insurance will cover procedures. We have had cleanings, x-rays, and crowns done by Dr. Reid and all services were great. The office is not open on Fridays but it is open on Saturdays! As far as I am concerned, this is the best dentist in the Richmond Area.

Had to send me to a different location for root canal. That location took care of the root canal and crown. I come back here for my cleaning and I'm told now that I went elsewhere for my treatment instead of coming back for my crown that all my visits were used for the year and I owe for previous visits. (1 a trouble visit one to temporary cement a crown that came off the day after him telling me it was seated perfectly.) Even though he told me today follow ups are not charged if you come to him. But I'm being charged for a previous follow up. Makes no sense. That's after I paid that day for the treatment as well. No clear payment guideline when using insurance.

Dr Reid is an excellent dentist, everything he does,he explains in detail,he is very gentle and I would recommend him to anybody who is in need of some dental work done.Five Star rating!!

I have been going to Dr. Reid for several years. I don't trust anyone else with my dental care. He is always honest and professional. In the past, I have experienced Dentists who will say you need to have certain procedures done when they are not necessary or there is an alternative. Dr. Reid has always had open honest discussions to assure I have the best dental care!

I was referred to Dr Reid through a highly respected colleague, who has been a patient of his for a few years. Dr Reid and his staff made me feel like a valued patient. I have needed a dental procedure for sometime and feared getting it done, due to a previous dental procedure that did not go well. He was professional, personable and listened to my concerns. He took the time to educate me on the procedure and put my fears to rest. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.
