My grandchild received a cap and afterwards there was an odor. We called to receive advice and Jennifer I believe was her name was very rude and combative. She really upset me. She stated the odor is from something else. She’s not the dentist and should not suggest anything. I was expecting her to say like a normal human being that she will speak with the dentist and get back with me instead in a raised, combative, rude, and offensive voice, she’s been working with him for 20 yrs and she knows what he’s going to say. They don’t take messages but she will write the phone number down and he will call when he feels like it. Ma’am that isn’t professional at all. It sounds pretty personal to me. Jennifer must be going through menopause and must be at the point where it’s out of control. Good Customer Service is a thing of the past. After such a terrible experience I would never suggest my grandchild go back or refer anyone to them. Jennifer is devilish. The staff who works behind the scenes were nice during our initial visit. My God. This is unbelievable. I’ve never experienced anyone such as Jennifer. Jennifer is wicked!!

Took my child here after our family dentist said she had 4 cavities & needed to go to a Pediatric Dentist (she was 4 at the time). My kids USED to visit here & we loved it, so I thought she would be fine. Dr Proctor told me my daughter only had one cavity, so got it filled. Six months later, go back to our family dentist only to hear, she still has the 3 cavities but now they are bigger. Took her to a different Pediatric Dentist & those 3 need crowns now. ? Not sure what happened to him in the few years since we visited, but would NOT recommend anymore. My daughter also HATED her experience here & told me she never wanted to go back. She also asks if we are going back to the bad dentist. Extremely disappointed after such a great previous experience with my older 3 kids.

My child has been coming here for a little over 3 years. I love it here. The staff members are professional, patient, efficient, and knowledgeable. Dr. Proctor is great and really knows how to make his patients feel comfortable. He educates the little ones during the assessment. It's awesome.

There needs to be more reviews I feel like. I chose proctor based on all the reviews. First. I was not happy that we had to listen to pop songs that included sexual content and cuss words - while my 4 year old laid there listening quietly to every word. Second. My child was told at one emergency dentist he had a bad cavity. Proctor said 6. I trusted him, got all 6 filled. My poor boy has had pain ever since in all 6 teeth (4 months). Third - the secretary goes through great lengths to make you feel bad to get your kid seen. I get it. It’s important. But sometimes momma is BROKE and insisting I should do better. Is not ok.
