Worst doctor ever. I am convinced he is on drugs.I am writing to detail the events and treatment surrounding my tooth implant. On September 7th, 2022, I visited Dr. Loser's office, my primary dentist, to obtain a surgical stent to ensure the correct placement of my implant after the removal of my loose tooth(#7). The surgical stent cost $750. Subsequently, I presented this stent to Dr. Albani, an implant specialist, who dissuaded me from using it, citing that the implant could only be installed in one way. Despite my investment, to which he commented,"I am sure youpaid a lot of money for this," he opted not to use the stent.After the implant procedure, Dr. Loeser observed that the implant was protruding out from my skin and declined to place a crown until the implant was correctly re-implanted. Dr.Albani, however, deemed the implant satisfactory and refused to remove it. Due to my dissatisfaction with the outcome, Dr. Albani issued a refund. Seeking a second opinion, I consulted Fashion District Dental in New York City, where a CBCT scan revealed that the implant was entirely outside the buccal bone, particularly at the apex, with incorrect bucco-lingual angulation. I returned to Dr. Loeser, who then recommended Dr. Stein for a new implant. Dr. Stein used the surgical stent and successfully placed the new implant on November 27th, 2023, after first removing the previous implant and artificial bone on August 21st, 2023, and inserting new artificial bone.The suffering caused by having to wear that dental flipper was unbearable. The constant fear of losing it and the discomfort of wearing it for 11 additional months due to Dr.Albani's gross negligence led to nightmares, which is an experience no one should have to endure for as long as I did. His negligence in not using the dental guide is the root cause of this distressing situation. Temporary flippers are not comfortable and are only bearable for a short period of time. He should lose his license. I will be reporting him to the board of dentistry.

Worst dentist!! Do not see him!! He suggested that I do a frenectomy that I didn’t need. He cut into my skin and it grew right back the next week meaning that he didn’t do it right. But worst of all, the area is numb and I haven’t been able to feel my mouth after. I told him about it and he said everything is fine and it’s not!! I will never fell my mouth again.. and he also charged me so much money to ruin my mouth!!! Don’t ruin yours!!!

Dr Albani and his staff are so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help my son when we were on a tight schedule.
