We were not satisfied with the treatment provided by Dr. Lipskis and discontinued services mid way through my son's treatment. For over a month I have tried to get the office to respond to a request for reimbursement for services we did not receive (we pre-paid) and no one will return my calls.

After an expensive seven years of treatment, many unexpected wire brakes and pain my son to had to endure…they changed the treatment plan and wanted more $ to continue. Treatment wasn’t finished (most orthodontists could have done in 18 months max), but we were definitely “done”. And if they mention airway improvement and better breathing, don’t walk, run.

There is a reason I travel from Phoenix to St Charles, Illinois to see Dr Lipskis to have my orthodontic treatment. He is one of the few that take into account your overall jaw/joint health while looking at the airway at the same time. Being a dentist myself, I knew I had to have someone who had an expert understanding of my condition to make it so I am pain free, no longer waking up more tired than when I went to bed, while addressing my night time breathing issue. I can not recommend him strongly enough and that is why I am making the trip from 1800 miles away. St Charles is lucky to have such a progressive orthodontist there.

My 6 year old needed 2 fillings for the first time. Dr. Lisa was amazing with her explaining everything and was super patient with her. She let me sit in the room during the fillings too, which was great. The whole office is nothing but incredibly professional and nice.
