I went here as a child and they gave me braces and my teeth still look amazing 25 years later I brought my daughter Bella here and no problems ! Dr. Chow was my dentist then his daughters took over also love them now my daughter goes there and it's bittersweet watching them now since I grew up with them ! Would recommend!

I was so traumatized seeing this dentist as a child that it took me 12 YEARS to finally see a dentist again. I've had improper pain management which led to them pulling teeth without any pain medication, scarring from their retainers, and my Dad even had to cut some of the loose wire on my braces with a pair of pliers because it was too long, preventing me from eating without extreme pain. They even asked me as a teen if I wanted the retainer scar removed because they thought it was a piece of tooth to which I responded "no that's a scar from my retainer". I had headgear for 4 years and they managed to make my overbite WORSE. It scares me to death that this place is still operating. Please for the love of your children do not bring them here. Save your kid from a lifetime of potential dental trauma. It was nice, but also sad to come to the reviews and discover I wasn't the only one.

I have been bringing my grandsons here for the last 6 years, and its always been a good experience. Helpful, friendly and very attentive to our needs. 1 had a need for braces and although no kid wants braces, they were no issue

Before you read this and think I am complaining, my time at this place was OVER 15 years ago and still so fresh in my mind! I am only writing about this because I just had to leave my awesome dentist over 10 years. This was the WORST experience of my life!!! I went to Mr. Chow for my braces. This was such a miserable 2.5 years of my life. Some examples are: When filling a cavity, he put the novocaine on my gum. Pretty much cried during this experience, never asked if I was okay! Almost 1.5 years into having my braces, he asked if I wanted them off, thank goodness my mother was in the room who asked if they were ready to come off, his response was NO!!!!!!! What medical professional would do that to a kid? Once they finally did come off, he FORCED the retainer in my mouth, that was painful, and that night when I tried putting it back in after eating, I could not because it did not properly fit. I would never want a child to experience such a horrible time like I did.

Great pediatric dentist. They are very attentive and are informative. They are patient with my many questions and love their antique collection. My daughter said today coming out of the car to this dentist "yay it the fun dentist!" Shes been coming for almost 2 years. So happy i found them!
