Dr. Clayton Wainwright

This dentist is rude!! He should not be practicing dental work. He has no patience for his patients and he will try to chase you away with his negative attitude and responses. I went in to office to get an extraction done. Now numbing cream and the numbing from the shot was prepped but when it was time for my shots .he told me not to move, which I didn't. The pain was crazy yet I was willing to handle it all. He get mad and tells me I am not to make any sounds while in his office. Like who is this clown, if there is pain from the shot, it's a human reaction to make a sound from pain. This Doctor took my payment and was quick to kick me out of his office and refer me to a specialist who would put me to sleep. Like wHAT?!? I have never had a doctor who was so nasty in his approach to his practice. I suggest you do not go to this office at all. Can't trust a negative doctor. This is unprofessional. Plus his tools were not kept in a sterilized package. It was visiting DR. GIGGLES..A HORROR TO SAY THE LEAST. his assistant was awesome and tried to smooth out the situation. But the damage was already done. Learn to speak to your patients and be more kind hearted.

I was in tremendous pain with my wisdom tooth that i just lived with for months, until the other lower wisdom acted the same. It was a weekend, I found Dr Wainwright's number and set an appt. He was so kind and explained to me what needs to be done. He and his staff were so awesome. Highly recommended.

I was in severe pain from a broken back molar that I kept putting off for a couple of months wanting to avoid the dentist like a dummy. After a night of 8/10 unrelenting pain I was desperate to get it taken out. My husband called around 10:30am on a Saturday. They got me in that afternoon around 3pm. By 4:30pm I was on my way home without the painful tooth! The longest part of the visit was waiting to get fully numb. They did an exam, X-rays & a very thorough job of getting me numb (thank you) before extracting it. They offered to let me watch TV in the room & it was a good distraction while waiting for me to get fully numb. Dr. Wainwright had the tooth out within 5 minutes, maybe less. Very impressive. He clearly has a lot of experience. For the reviewer that said she was told not to make sounds while injections/extraction were happening, logic would lead to knowing that’s a fair request. Your tongue and facial muscles move when making sound which could make the doctor’s job more difficult. Dr. Wainwright’s bedside manner was straight to the point but courteous & professional. He made the same request to me but I didn’t take it personal. I know that the numbing injections aren’t fun but I appreciate the heck out of him giving me a lot to ensure I did not feel ANY pain during my extraction. I had no issue doing as he requested to contribute toward the whole process going by fast (plus I was numb for hours after which was great). I had no problems afterward & so far. I was given clear post-extraction instructions. I was offered a follow up visit as well in case I needed it if my extraction site wasn’t feeling right. I am now 3 weeks out and healing great. Dr. Wainwright & his assistant were both honest, pleasant and I am extremely grateful for the same day extraction. They are open on the weekends to help people with an emergent dental need & it’s not easy to find that. Nobody wants to wait when they are suffering that bad or waste a copay/cost at the emergency room where they won’t do anything but throw opioids your way. No thanks. I had difficult extraction and was self pay. Total cost for everything that day was less than $500, which was expected & reasonable. Big thanks to Dr. Wainwright & his assistant for taking care of me! —from the calm lady with the black rims on the Tahoe ?

Dr wainwright was very professional got me in on a holiday weekend emergency got me took care of very well. Just be patient it's a small office. Highly recommend his services.

Amazing experience for how scared I was. The dentil assistant was amazing as was dr Clayton wainwright of course. I’ll be back to finish up. Highly recommend
