There are really no words to fully explain how thankful we are for Dr Middleton! My 85 year old mom had been through quite the ordeal with a crown gone bad and a horrible abscess. He was so kind and gentle with mom. He removed the tooth. He has an amazing bedside manner and he always takes the time to explain everything and answers questions. Dr Middleton was an answer to prayer

I love Dr. Middleton and his staff. I have severe dental anxiety and Dr. Middleton always takes care of me. He has performed two implants for me with no problems. If you are looking for a perfect experience with perfect care with anxiety, this is the Dr. for you.

I admire and highly respect Dr. Middleton and greatly appreciate the fantastic job he has done on my implants. I have never been exposed to more professional yet compationate group of people. Sam and Brittany are the best ladies to work with, highly professional yet make you feel like you are a part of a family. This practice is in a category of their own and define quality.

Dr Middleton and his staff were very professional and made me as comfortable as possible. Dr Middleton explained the procedure clearly and asked if I had any questions prior to starting the procedure. He did not rush me on my questions and he answered all of them before starting the procedure. I recommend Dr Middleton to anyone in the Ackworth area that is in need oral surgery.

My husband was referred by his dentist whom his dentist called before going to him the next morning advising him to take antibiotics 3 of them before arriving there and not to worry about the charges for the visit since she had spoken to him prior. He was told we could not afford the up front cost and was sent to him due to my husband's emergency medical issues. Told him that the doctor would help him get the extractions and the infection under control due to he was going to die if this was not done and wanted to send him there to this so called Christian Dr. Middleton and he would help him. We arrived after he took 3 antibiotics as advised and we were humiliated in front of another customer about our finances and turned away. We tried to see if they would let us pay the consult up front even though all X-rays had been done by his dentist and the dentist waived the fees with them. But, they would not accept payments for the extractions and or anything else. They wanted everything paid up front around $8000.00 if not more due to the anesthesia. We had no problem setting up a pymt. plan for the rest to save my husband's life but no help from this staff or doctor. We are very disappointed in the Doctor. No one seems to want to help due to the almighty dollar. This type of issues should be deemed medical so people in our situation don't die due to money and credit. My husband is disabled and the medicines he has had to take over the years have done a number on his teeth. I work and make normal wages as most people do. Medicare doesn't pay for this and I make over the limit for him to get Medicaid. We would have to go against our faith and divorce for him to get Medicaid assistance to save his life due to this. We feel oral surgeons are going against trying to provide life saving help for people in our financial status.
