Initially, I went in person to take my referral and receptionist insisted that I had an HMO and said they would not cover and turned me away. I told medical was HMO and dental was PPO. I went home called my ins. co. and they said Dr. Porter was in network. I only persisted because Dr. Porter (father) has done a previous implant. Called office and spoke to Christian and he set up appointment for me. Christian was a gem. Dr. Blake Porter and his back office staff were terrific. But I will definitely think twice before ever going back to the practice. Sorry, Drs. Blake your front office is horrid.
