I'm deeply grateful for Dr. Porter and his remarkable team at the office. From the outset, they extended a warm welcome and went to great lengths to treat me with respect, taking into consideration my Deafness. Their provision of convenient communication methods, such as writing and lip reading, made a significant difference. My initial encounter with Dr. Porter involved relieving the discomfort of an infected bone graft, which he skillfully removed, leading to a successful healing process. This experience solidified my trust in his expertise. Given my usual apprehension about relying on medical teams, my second interaction for a bone graft implant was truly exceptional, resulting in a smooth recovery. I am genuinely impressed by this office's dedication and Dr. Porter's thoughtful approach in ensuring my well-being. Lastly, I'm touched by the team's gesture of sending me lovely flowers (see attached picture), underscoring their care and reminding me to prioritize self-care. There's so much more I could share about the exceptional qualities of this office. Once again, my heartfelt thanks for everything!

Dr. Porter and his supporting staff were amazing with my daughter. She has severe anxiety and everyone involved was very patient and calming with her so her experience was the best it could be. They were very thorough with post op instructions and called to check on her after. I made several calls with questions during her recovery and every staff member was very knowledgeable and understanding. I highly recommend AZMax!!

Dr. Blake Porter was excellent. On our first consultation, he calmed my teenage boy's fears of the procedure. Dr. Porter explained what would happen and answered all our questions. On the day of the wisdom teeth extract, he was thorough and competent. He and his staff explained everything as it happened. My son's healing has gone smoothly with no incidents. I would totally recommend Dr Blake Porter to anyone looking for an oral surgeon.

Dr. Porter, and all of the staff in his office, are very kind, genuine, and caring people. Coming from someone with an extensive medical history who has seen many medical professionals, I can confidently say that Dr. Porter is an amazing cardiologist who cares very much for his patients and their wellbeing. The other staff were also very invested and helpful in their practice. I would highly recommend Dr. Porter and his staff as they helped me and cared for me even after just meeting me. He and his staff run a very competent and genuine office.

This practice has done 3 of my Children's wisdom tooth removal. This was the first time with Dr Blake Porter. We were impressed from the start. He is professional and made us feel confident in his abilities. Dr was kind, explained things clearly and had great chair-side manner as well. I was very impressed with Dr. Porter. I was nervous to have my wisdom teeth out because I am older and the bottom ones were close to the nerve. The top one had roots entangled in the tooth next to it. Dr. Porter did an excellent job of removing my teeth, and my recovery was without complications (which I was a bit concerned about). He is also reasonably priced and his staff is excellent. I am glad to have this in my rearview mirror. Thank you so much!
