I took my 2 year old daughter here for the second time, first time went well, but after this visit we will be finding another dentist. My daughter became extremely overwhelmed and anxious while there. She started panicking and screaming. Instead of the dentist working with her or explaining what was going to happen she became annoyed. The dentist directly told my 2 year old daughter "you are making this harder then it needs to be" multiple times. She told her to "just lay down" and "don't be difficult". When I finally got my daughter to lay down the dentist told me "hold her, hold her, hold her" (meaning hold her down). When I refused the dentist was annoyed with me. No alternative solutions were given until she allowed my daughter to sit on my lap to apply fluoride. Instead of explaining what she was going to do she told my daughter "just open your mouth for 2 seconds now". I left the office in tears because of the way my daughter was treated and how upset she was with no help from the dentist. We chose a pediatric dentist for their expertise with children, but they did not show that.

Dr Joshi was very confident and very knowledgeable on my son’s lip and tounge tie he is not even 14 days old and She was willing to fix my issue so I could breast feed my son and provided me with personal and valuable information. The office is quick and easy and in and out. She’s just brutally honest and blunt and I love that about her. I would definitely recommend this place and they were able to get me in quickly and accommodated me and my needs. She also addressed any questions and got right to work. I’ll be bringing my son and daughter here for further dental care. Thanks again doc! I’m one happy momma

Any of the negative reviews about billing at this office is true. They only care about your money and are very greedy. It’s not about the clients, it’s about their gain. Both visits they tried to add on unnecessary procedures and when I asked if it’s covered by my insurance, they told me to check. I’m sorry, but I came here for a specific procedure, please don’t try to “sell” me unnecessary extras just to put more money in your pocket. Oh the GREED! Our first visit I listened to the receptionist talk badly about a patient while we were waiting. Not a very good experience at all. The front desk is rude and does not have any any interest in helping you understand how you are billed. Be prepared to immediately pay your bill before you leave the office regardless if insurance has been processed. I was over charged by $116 and I was told I would get a check in the mail. Two months later I remembered I never received that check. When I called and asked about it, they told me they are a paperless office and they will not send me a check in the mail. So quick to take my money and too cheap to send it back because a stamp costs too much. I gave the person on the phone some feedback about how they charge their clients and do not care to return their money. She immediately got defensive and didn’t seem to care at all. I would not recommend this dentist unless you’re happy with them over charging you and not sending back your money! Terrible practice and I won’t ever come back!

Quick and painless process. My daughter who is 11 used to be so scared to go by herself in the back and now goes no problem. Dr. Joshi has had to pull a few baby teeth to help them out and she doesn’t even know it’s happening. For this to happen says a lot.

The new dentist was amazing and the techs were very patient with my 4 years old daughter.
