The staff members are like family...very knowledgeable about my treatment plan and always ready to answer any questions I may have. My hygienist Miss Sabrina is a rock star the way she completes my cleanings and gets me in and out of the chair efficiently. Miss Nadia has a financial acumen second to none, always explaining my treatment plans with clear detail and accuracy. My dental esteem has heightened tremendously since I started coming to Downtown Dental, and I am so thankful that my PCP Dr. Joseph H. Martin recommended them to me!

Sabrina is the hygienist. She does an excellent job and always has?. When I first moved to the Atlanta area I found Midtown Dental where she worked. She left there with some of the doctors. Now after perhaps two years I’ve necessarily found her again and Drs. Carter and Smith. The entire team from the receptionist Brianna to the billing staff, they all make sure everything is done right and you’re fully informed —before you get the bill. Can’t say that for all practices. Glad to be again with professional ethical care givers! And yes Sabrina I’ll do better on my flossing! Join this practice and you’ll get the care and service you need!

I am always nervous about going to the dentist,so much so my level of comprehending was all off the day of my appointment. (I was really,really nervous) The staff was so kind to me, so patient with me, they explained to me the procedures I was having verbally 3 times and visually once (that's how nervous I was) The dentist was very knowledgeable and patient with me he made me feel comfortable about the procedures he gave me 2 options for my dental care. And I really think that was the difference. I have never been to a dentist where the dentist talked to me about the process in depth. He made me feel comfortable, everyone there is very nice,the atmosphere was very relaxed.

Downtown dental is all good! We've been going a few years now and are never disappointed. Dental hygienist is the queen of all things clean and is extremely concise on your dental care needs. The dentist follow-up is spot on as the team works together to do what's best for you and your family.

I had full mouth dental implants. Dr.carter really helped me during my process.he's a really top of the line dentist. I tell everyone about dr.carter.i pass out his card to everyone. Great staff. Nadia is the bomb. And Sabrina is good with that beautiful accent!!!
