I had a terrible experience at Downtown Dental Loop with Dr. Cummings, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this practice. A year ago, Dr. Cummings recommended and performed an immediate dental implant, which quickly turned into a nightmare. Both my primary dentist and I noticed early on that something was wrong with the implant, but when I brought this up during a follow-up appointment, Dr. Cummings dismissed my concerns and told me to wait until it "fully recovered" in six months. By then, I could feel the implant shifting in my gum just by touching it. Six months later, the implant was removed, and Dr. Cummings performed a bone graft procedure, telling me to wait another six months for recovery. Now, eight months after that, I've been told that the implant has failed and, even worse, that I am not a good candidate for implants in the future due to bone loss. This entire ordeal could have been avoided if Dr. Cummings had taken my concerns seriously from the beginning instead of making reckless decisions that have now cost me my chance for proper dental care. Throughout this time, the office showed a complete lack of professionalism. My emails were ignored, Dr. Cummings was consistently late to appointments, and the front desk staff were rude and dismissive. Despite the significant pain, time, and stress this failed procedure has caused me, Downtown Dental Loop only offered a partial refund, which is completely unacceptable. This office does not care about its patients, and Dr. Cummings’ irresponsible approach has left me with long-term damage and no viable solutions. I highly recommend staying far away from Downtown Dental Loop if you value your health and want to be treated with respect.

Downtown Dental Loop’s professional dental employees are a breath of fresh air with their warm and friendly hospitality. The staff gives outstanding customer service and patient care which is bar none. My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with their attention to details when it comes to caring for their patients needs.The professional staff was overwhelmingly supportive and helpful especially when it comes to explaining patient care for me and my husband who has dementia. I’m extremely grateful to find such a wonderful professional dental establishment that’s apart of our insurance network providers. Thank you to the marvelous professional staff members that made our office visit memorable and unforgettably fun .

I always have a great experience at Downtown Dental. My hygienist Kelly was so gentle and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. I try to refer this practice to as many people as possible so that they can also have a lovely dental experience.
