By far the most comforting people and environment, made me feel so much better about going to have dental work done. They were thorough, as gentle as possible and made sure I was comfortable during each step. I have zero nervousness going to the dentist now. Thank you guys for being awesome and I look forward to only coming here from now on.

BEWARE! I needed a root canal and a crown in November BAD. Called and made sure they took my insurance and I was quoted a price before arriving. The woman on the phone was extremely rude about making sure I could afford to pay for my entire bill BEFORE I was seen. I assured her I could and I paid before I left. Walked out with a receipt that said $0.00 owed. The procedure and my brief interactions with Riggs were fine but the tooth he fixed still hurts like hell. But the real kicker is that I received a bill saying I still owe them $80. Have I been opening mail from Riggs since the procedure in November? No, because I paid my entire bill and had no intentions of going back because the receptionist was so rude and the services rendered were just acceptable. I had no intentions of ever recommending Riggs, but now I have to warn people because their receptionists are mercenary and their billing department may send you a surprise bill months after you’ve paid what was agreed at the time of service. Is that even legal? It doesn’t sound ethical or the way a decent business operates. Maybe it’s because the office was pretty much dead that day and they’re trying to keep the lights on, but I’ll go to a different dentist next time. I suggest you do as well.

Dr. Riggs and His staff are top notch. They are caring, thorough and most importantly, they are honest. I have been going to Dr.Riggs office for 7 or 8 years now. I have never had a negative experience in this office. Not one. I definitely recommend Dr. Riggs and staff for all your dental needs.

My wife had been going here for a while and I needed a new dentist. I called and made an appointment because I had been dealing with terrible tooth pain. They got me in ASAP. The staff is the nicest I’ve ever dealt with, and they KNOW their stuff. They had to put in 2 crowns, and it was the most comfortable dentist experience I’ve had in my 3+ decades. Wish I had been going here for longer.

The staff and Dr. Riggs are amazing! I had 2 wisdom teeth taken out and they made it so easy and painless. I also had 6 crowns put on my top teeth, they look wonderful!! I only wish that I could take them with me when I relocate to Arkansas!
