I have never been to a dentist office that is more caring and takes the time to answer all questions you have as well ensure you are as comfortable as possible during your procedure. Dr. Lefta is among the best and specializes in Bioclear restoration, which saved my teeth. 10/10, would definitely recommend.

I had a very good experience with Dorsey Family Dental. I haven’t been to a Dentist for anything in over 20 years. I live down the street from DFD, I’m getting older, and thought I would give them a try. I went in a few months ago for a checkup and the Dentist, Dr. Ikram, was very nice and clearly explained everything that she thought was needed and why. I went back for my cleaning and for my temporary crowns to be put on yesterday. I was nervous, by the assistant and doctor explained everything, were very careful and gentle, and put me at ease. I felt very little pain, and it seemed to go smoothly. I would recommend this Dentist. All the staff seems knowledgeable, the ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful, and overall it’s a good experience. All the staff I’ve seen so far, including both Dentist, are female, that doesn’t bother me at all but just giving the heads up in case it does for some. Overall thumbs up!

I have been going to the same office for almost 30 years. Originally, it was Dr, Scott and everything was wonderful. Sadly (for me at least, great for him), he retired and sold to Dr. Pooja Reddy. She still did a great job if different than what I was used to. Dorsey Family Dental bought the practice (they were competitors, about 200’ away from each other) and it’s been pretty rough since. From day one, they constantly try to push secondary sales that are not covered by insurance. I don’t think I left once without someone trying to get me to buy excessively expensive toothpaste or a horribly expensive electric toothbrush. They said I needed a deep cleaning that needed some special laser to disinfect my gums after that wasn’t covered by insurance that cost me several hundred dollars. They screwed up the deep cleaning and had to redo it. Next, I needed a few fillings. 5 total fillings, one fell out, one didn’t mesh and caused pain when I bit down and one had a bunch of excess, sharp material that wasn’t removed (UV cured gel style fillings). Had to redo all of that. At least two fillings were done right. I went in today for a scheduled cleaning. Sat there for around 15 minutes with no contact (front desk was not manned). When I walked in, I heard someone from the back say that someone just arrived. They have a glass door that I could see multiple people walking around. When someone finally came to the front, I was informed that because I didn’t respond to a text sent the day before, they cancelled my appointment. I’m done and will be finding a new dentist.

Definitely the best dentist experience of my life. Dr. Ikram is very knowledgeable and insightful. Happy that I’ve found a dentist I feel comfortable with and excited for the future!

I wish I could give this place a ZERO star review. They told me I have 5 cavities, which I have not had a cavity since I was a kid(im in my twenties now). I went to two other offices and they told me I have no cavities. I wouldn’t trust this place, definitely seek a 2nd or 3rd opinion! I am so glad I cancelled my appointment with this place.
