Dominion Orthodontics

I highly recommend Dr. Mei at Dominion Orthodontics. She and her staff are great! We are very pleased with how our sons teeth turned out after beginning his treatment plan back in 2012 (expander, braces). I'm editing this review as I have now had my second child (daughter) be treated my Dr. Mei. I still highly recommend Dominion Orthodontics. Dr. Mei and her staff are so friendly. We are all extremely happy with how my kids smiles turned out. Thank you for everything, Dr. Mei and Staff!

I've wanted braces since I was a kid but my mom was a single mom and couldn't afford it but she did the best she could taking care of her children so as I got older I had plan to one day get braces, so in early 2020 I did some research onine and came across many orthodontist offices in Richmond Virginia but for some good reason Dominion Orthodontics captured my attention the most and I know there are many good Orthodontic offices but this one tops the list. I reached out to them and scheduled an appointment and I ended up talking to Dr. Mei in person, she explained everything on how braces and invisalign works and she greeted me as if she knew me very well and that really made me feel good. I said to myself that she has no idea but I'm not going anywhere else because I want her and her amazing staff to bring my teeth back to life. At Dominion Orthodontics I've never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen and taken care of, they are very consistent when getting patients in and they don't have you waiting for long periods of time even when they're very busy they will get to you and believe me when I say this. From my experience I've always waited on an average of 5 minutes. The entire staff are so welcoming and helpful and they do their very best to accommodate you in every possible way. The receptionist Morgan is outstanding and she greets you as soon as you take your first step in the door and she makes sure that you can hear her; you can see her big smile behind that mask. ? I know that we all don't have great days everyday but, there were times that I didn't feel the best and when I had an appointment with Dominion Orthodontics. I felt very good when I left and the staff talks to you while you wait to get worked on, they all talk about pure positive things. Please don't hesitate to choose Dominion Orthodontics because they're excellent and Dr. Mei is extremely good at what she does and she's one very patient doctor that goes above and beyond. The monthly payment plans are very fair and it is definitely worth it. Also another thing is that I'm huge on cleanliness and their office is immaculate! That office is very clean and I've always said that this is one of the most cleanest offices that I've ever been in. PLEASE CHOOSE DOMINION ORTHODONTICS! They also have two offices that you can go to.

My daughter had her braces on for about 2 years and she got them off about a week ago. Her teeth were pretty messed up at the beginning and I have to say the outcome was great!!! The staff is super welcoming and nice, their attitudes and friendliness just show that you picked the right place. I'm very happy with the work they did on my daughter, I truly recommend their services.

We have had the best experience at Dominion Orthodontics! Dr. Mei is wonderful in so many ways! She is professional & really knows what she is doing. My daughter just got her braces off, much earlier than we anticipated! Her teeth look exceptional! We are very pleased & would highly recommend this practice for orthodontic care!

Dr. Pratt and the staff at Dominion Orthodontics are absolutely wonderful! We’ve been patients for almost 2.5yrs. My daughter and I are so pleased with her new smile!
