I have been receiving excellent dental care from Dr. Song and his team at Modern Dentistry for 5 years now. Dr. Song is highly skilled in his craft and I have complete trust in his recommendations and long term plan for my well-being. He is caring, gentle and not motivated by greed. Chasity is one member of this great team that made me feel comfortable during my last crown install. Her follow-up routine was nicely handled with an obvious level of sincerity. My dental hygienist is also very sincere about her work. The staff provides cheerful and efficient interaction and my appointments are on time. Great Team! JKL

Everyone is always so kind and friendly, the front desk Juan and the other girl always polite and explain everything so we can understand when it comes to billing. Mirline was also very friendly, gentle. The doctors are also great. I recommend this office to anyone ?

I loved the work and bedside manner of the staff and hygienists here! I was taken care of so well by Dr. Mejia and Dr Weixi not to mention the office manager Tiffany! Everyone was so helpful and kind to explain all my options and even was able fill me in on a special once a year promotion they have! Make sure to stop in and check them out!

Go somewhere else if you can. I called 2 weeks before my appointment to settle any billing I might be responsible for. I was advised as this was an annual cleaning, the insurance covered it and I had no co-pay. Two weeks later, I arrive at my dental appt and I was told I had to pay $150. I had already paid over $400 for an invasive gum treatment. No problem there. But why do I have to pay $150 for an annual cleaning, which I know for a fact is included in my dental insurance plan and I haven't gotten it done this year? Then I see on Google other reviews of other patients experiencing similar scenarios. What are the odds? Patients being told they have to pay out of pocket when in many cases it is procedures that most dental insurances cover. Maybe this place IS a scam. I have no problem paying for my medical services, without our health we have nothing. But what's fair is fair. I pay for my dental insurance plan biweekly and as I am in the life sciences field, I'm very educated on how my health and dental benefits work. It's just not right. Not just in this facility but overall the Florida healthcare system is just mind boggling. And to think most of the population here in FL is geriatric. It's not about good service, the good health of their patients or even community. Is just always about the money. Doctor Phillips Modern Dentistry, be better to your patients, without them you wouldn't be in business. Take care of billing BEFORE the patient gets to the office. Don't try to take advantage of people's hard worked and earned money. It's just wrong, pathetic and very unprofessional. If you care about your health and money please just avoid this place.

Office staff was extremely kind, helpful and explained things very well. Appointments were easy to make and getting ahold of staff was no problem at all. Dr. Kiara was very experienced and made sure to look over everything. Super happy with the office. Will be going back definitely.

Dr. Song is amazing. He explained everything in detail and gave me options. I have dental anxiety and Dr. Song made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. He was able to fit my crown the same day right before Thanksgiving. I am so grateful for his expertise and quality work. Juan was also great with providing me with payment options and offering me affordable insurance to save me about 50% of my dental bill. Overall I had an excellent experience and will recommend Doctor Phillips Modern Dentistry to my friends and family members.

We are not the kind to do this but highly disappointed in this place they acted very nice in the beginning & we got work done. We liked the doctor who was there initially and apparently he's no longer there & all of a sudden the staff is not being helpful. Juan at the front desk was extremely rude to me & made me feel so small on the phone and I am requesting a call back from Chelsie the office manager. They have also submitted a claim of something they did a very poor job on but still trying to have my insurance pay. It's a pity because the manager Chelsie seemed very nice when we talked to her.

I have been coming to this practice for years and have received assistance from multiple receptionists who are no longer there. Last time Juan was the person who took care of my appointments and all the details about it. I was impressed with his professionalism and the kindness with which he treated me. Thank you so much, Juan. You have elevated the customer service at this office to a new level.

I hate this place.. they literally rob you of money... They say that they're open and they don't pick up the phone.. they try to push services on you when you don't even want them or need them... On top of that, they take so long to communicate with the insurance company.... I'm getting letters almost a year later saying that I owe money instead of them telling me the truth of what I owe... I'm incredibly aggravated.. it's just a complete breakdown. On top of that, most of the surgeons either rush. You aren't gentle or don't really even seem to care about their job... There's only a few people there that are any good and they all left a long time ago when I first started to go there... Don't go here..
