DOCS Dental: Luke Air Force Base

Front desk person whom is the manager needs EXTENSIVE training on HIPAA and socialization. This place would be a SOLID 5 STARS if she was not there. Her voice carries and she likes to complain. 6/27/24: New office manger... seemed nice. Dentist seemed very nice too. BUT I was refused services today. Took my blood pressure once and turned me away with a referral. A slap in the face to Military Veterans. A solid ONE star!

We have had a few visits, including x-rays, exam by dentists and cleaning bybthe hygienists. All the people are nice, and very accommodating. It took me a second visit to get the actual cleaning complete, because the original appt had to be rescheduled (their issue), and I was put in for exam and x-rays only. Got a next day cleaning and it worked out. New team, but getting the hang of it and expect them to flourish.

I was unsure for a long time on which dental provider to choose when we first moved here but I decided to try Docs. I was immediately impressed. Lisa at the front desk is so kind and welcoming, I felt immediately at ease. My daughter had her teeth cleaned by Laverne and she was spectacular! She was so funny and personable that even my introvert of a daughter felt comfortable. I hope to have her every time! Mya did my teeth cleaning and she was so attentive to my needs, very sweet patient. Both doctors I spoke to on my appointments (forgot their names, sorry!) were down to earth and professional. I liked that they spoke to me as if they knew me already. Highly, highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Lavern is so kind, and a gentle hygienist. Dr Nguyen is so sweet. Lisa and Brittany are so welcoming. Thank you for a great dental visit.

Love Docs Dental! As a retiree the convenience of having a dentist on base at Luke is fantastic! I have been going to this office for about 2 years now. The staff if friendly and knowledgeable. More importantly the treatment goes well! I’ve always left with a clean feeling in my mouth.highly recommend this office!!
