I had a great experience here. I was in pain asked for a same day appointment and Thank God one was available. The facility was clean, the staff was very caring and informative, everything was done in a timely manner, I didn’t feel any pain while getting my tooth pulled, everything I needed to know was explained to me through out the whole process, I recommend anyone in need of dental care to go here. Thank you for a great experience!
Where should I begin. First off, let me say this, as a service member in the armed forces that fight to keep our country free, I wanted to start by saying that I was not offered any services besides x-rays. Andrea L. Davis, the establishment owner, had multiple patients scheduled at the same time as my visit. She only did a touch and go with each patient. And the only thing she did was have me open my mouth, she looked around, and made recommendations and left out the room to the next patient. Not mention, you might want to do your research on this establishment, when you do, you will notice the first red flag and that is that, she is the only dentist listed for this establishment. Meaning that that, if you're looking for one on one quality and personal care, you're not going to get it from her. You can expect her to provide touch and go services or it could be insurance dependent. I can honestly say that as a service member, when she found out the military was paying for my exam, she decided to provide only x -rays and that was it. She recommended me to a dental surgeon, indicating that she was not doing anything else due to her pockets not being lined with the cash she hoped to be paid out by the military. Also, I wouldn't recommend her if you don't have top of the line insurance because it's obvious in the way she provides service and that she is after money alone. If you read the one star reviews that should be enough. So as a warning, make sure you have top line insurance and not mediocre or base line insurance because that will determine how quality the treatment, you receive from Ms. Davis, will be. Plus, find you another provider that has other dentists working inside the establishment so that you can receive quality and one on one care, and not a ' touch-and-go ' type of service. And word to the wise, if all the owner of the establishment has to say in response to a one star review is, something along the lines of 'sorry' or some type of generic response, then that's a red flag that you might be the next one she does it to. Book her at your own risk. But as a service member hopefully the military will never recommend me to her again. So thank you Ms. Andrea L. Davis for showing how much you DO NOT support armed forces service members by providing little to no service to me. I'll be sure to keep that in mind when overseas fighting for people who feel the same as you do.
During his visit, my husband is satisfied. He said that everyone at Divine Dentistry guided him through a very difficult procedure, but regardless of how he felt, you guys made him feel comfortable. Every word that was said made the reality plain to him and everyone there was absolutely kind. Highly recommend.
One great thing about Divine Dentistry and the staff is the warm welcome when you walk in to the waiting room greeted by the staff. The young lady who is always at the front desk is so warm with a beautiful spirit. I am grateful that they still have you sanitize your hands and check your fever ? especially with covid still rapidly spreading. I enjoy the fact that the staff is warm in taking precautions when coming to doing work in your mouth. When coming to fitting my dentures they wasn't forced in especially when they were uncomfortable to wear. I am thankful for Divine Dentistry and look forward to seeing everyone in future visits. Will not be doing business here further after witnessing Andrea Davis herself speaking with her staff about the mother of one of her patients. She showed absolutely no compassion due to this trauma this woman had recently experienced and made verbal she just rolled her eyes and was very unprofessional. Her attitude is very distasteful, she judges her patients off the type of insurance they have If it’s outside of Medicaid she will treat you with the upmost respect. With Medicaid/United Healthcare or Magnolia or Molina she will discriminate and treat you poorly as if she’s on a high pedestal and you’re beneath her. This was the experience that I witnessed in her Gulfport office. However seek & find out for yourself. My family and I will no longer support Ms.Davis Business due to her lack of compassion & integrity and bad attitude. ✌️
The staff are super friendly and the establishment is clean! They explain all of your dental plan options to you and set up a plan that works best for you. I have used them for years and highly recommend!
