Upon arrival, the receptionist, who was not very courteous, asked us to wait as she needed to verify our insurance coverage, citing that we had submitted the form mere hours before instead of days. After waiting for 20 minutes, she informed us that we would need to reschedule the appointment as she was unable to confirm coverage with the insurance provider. Beyond the lack of respect, there was also a noticeable lack of willingness to assist. They had hours to check this. We can't lose work like that. We will not reschedule this anymore."
