Dillion Woods DDS/Associate Dentists

Wonderful staff! I used to dread going to the dentist and have had bad experience as a child that carried into adulthood. Due to circumstances, I ended up here even though I live clear across town in Omaha. My first visit was unlike any dental or medical visit I’ve had. I was struck by how warm and caring Dr. Pinkham and his staff were. They treated me as though I was an old friend or family member, and it was so unexpected. Dr. Pinkham is kind, upbeat and gentle. My hygienist Angie is incredible. She remembers the little things about you and is genuinely interested in making a connection. We’ve had many great conversations over the years while I was sitting in her chair. Going to the dentist is overall not a fun experience, but the staff here make it as darn near close to pleasant as possible. I find myself looking forward to visits just to catch up — while getting my teeth cared for, of course!

We travel quite a ways to get here, living in Papillion. But we love Dr Pinkham’s services and his excellent team! Angie and Angela are always very thorough.

The nicest people u will ever meet, they treat you very good. If u have a emergency, they will get u in as soon as possible. It's the best dentist I have been too

I had a GREAT experience here today they figured out what was wrong with my mouth.....the whole visit was painless..... HIGHLY recommend.... every one including the dentist was very friendly and caring.

I called Mr. Pinkham after hours with a root canal infection emergency. Long story short, I called for help but he only wanted to talk about how I haven't came in for a cleaning in a year. Then he proceeded to tell me I should have called the office earlier to come in, which I did and Laurie told me it wasn't necessary to come in and referred me to an Endodontist. The endodontist couldn't get me in right away but the pain was getting worse and I needed help with what to do until my referral appointment. Which is, again, why I was calling his emergency line. I tried to tell him this, but he talked over me rudely telling me he wasn't going to argue with me. I asked him to stop lecturing me then and help me. He ended in hanging up on me telling me to "Find a new dentist." Absolutely disgusting behavior from a grown man and someone who is supposed to help people.
