I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Diana Tran, DDS for a dental appointment in January 2023, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Dr. Tran and her team were kind enough to accommodate me last minute, which I truly appreciated. I needed a routine teeth cleaning, and the level of professionalism displayed by the entire staff was exceptional. Not only did they meet my expectations, but they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The office itself was clean, creating a welcoming and hygienic environment. The receptionist was notably nice, providing a warm and friendly welcome. Dr. Tran's professional bedside manners were evident throughout the visit, making the overall experience pleasant and stress-free. My old dentist retired so I was referred to Dr. Tran and I'm so glad I found her. It had been several years since I last went to the dentist and I'm generally never in a hurry to go back for my cleanings. To my surprise, however, I had an extremely pleasant experience with Dr. Tran. Before doing any work, we spoke about my dental health and the reason for my visit. Usually, dentists would just exchange mild pleasantries with me and immediately start examining my mouth but she took the time to ask questions and really understand my concerns and history. Throughout the exam, she carefully explained what she was doing, the reasons for it, and any findings. She was definitely much more transparent compared to my previous dentists and I could tell her recommendations had my best interests in mind. For example, I asked about some expensive treatments I had been recommended in the past and she explained the pros, cons, and alternative solutions which I appreciated because it's not something that my previous dentists would've done. I was surprised she spent so much time with me during my exam and when I asked her about it, she shared that she likes to spend extra time with her new patients to really get a sense of their needs. There were also other details that I appreciated since it showed she knew what she was doing. She was extremely precise during my cleaning and didn't jab my gums. She was also a great conversationalist who timed her questions to me perfectly so I could speak without having her hands or tools still in my mouth (a dying art among dentists, I'm afraid...) Her staff were just as patient, friendly, and detailed as her. Ruben took my X-Rays and he made sure I was as comfortable as possible the whole time. She's built a great team and it really shows. There was easy street parking and good music playing overhead. I'm glad to have found Dr. Tran and am confident that I'll be seeing her for a long time.

I began as a patient of Dr. Ashby, many years ago. He was great, and had an excellent support staff. He was also wonderful at coaxing along problem teeth as long as possible, to save money for his patients. Dr. Tran continues with all those traditions, but in addition... There are benefits for the patient, when your dentist is a woman with small hands. She's very, very good, very gentle, and my jaw doesn't ache as much when she has to be in there digging around for an eternity.
