I felt extremely taken care of in the office. The entire team was friendly, kind and supportive. Doctor Klempner promptly and professionally took care of an underlying issue I had that was causing excruciating pain on the same day of my consultation. The initial felt overwhelm and fear, was transformed into a manageable and supported journey through the care and help by the entire team. Thank you! I am looking forward to my next visit.

I went free consultations for one tooth implant., I dont have the insurance coverage. Upon checking Dr asked me how much I can pay for the implant, In reply I mentioned to pay most reasonable price off course as low as possible. Dr simply replied me he wont do the job. Such a rude behavior and waste of time. I am very much disappointed with this behaviour.

A Rare Gem - Professional and Caring Dentist I was super positively surprised by Dr. Klempner and his office—I didn’t think dentists like this still existed! I recently visited Dr. Klempner for permanent crowns on an implant I got in Europe. The implant brand isn’t well-known in the U.S., so I needed a specialist with experience. From my very first visit, which was just an initial check-up, Dr. Klempner was incredibly open and patient, taking the time to explain everything in detail—something that’s pretty rare these days. It made me feel really confident in his care. Unfortunately, the day after my first visit, I lost my temporary crown - great timing :(. I couldn’t reach anyone at Dr. Klempner’s office, so I had to visit an emergency dentist at Tend. Given Tend's reputation as a corporate chain with rotating dentists, I wasn’t expecting much, and I was right—the temporary crown they made was of poor quality, I couldn’t even clean under it, and they charged me $1400, which is ridiculous. But I was still grateful since the doctor there was kind and did her best. The following Monday, I received a kind email from Dr. Klempner’s office inviting me back for the next steps. This visit was amazing—Dr. Klempner explained everything in detail and we even had a nice personal conversation. He gave me his personal contact information so I could reach him directly if anything happened again—how great is that? He also recommended we visit an external specialist together to ensure the best results, as they had the proper tools for my specific implant brand. A few days later, he took me to a top-notch facility in New Jersey, handled everything needed for the final crowns, and even drove me back to Manhattan himself. Dr. Klempner and his team clearly love what they do and truly care about their patients. I feel completely comfortable in their care and plan to stay with them long-term.
