Destiny Dental - Chicago - Chatham

I’m a regular at this dental office and my children are as well. The dentist are friendly and usually thorough the front desk staff are competent I wouldn’t use the term friendly. Also my son was told a year ago he had to wait until he was 5 to get fill in because he was too young and gave out a referral list and none of the numbers referred was useful due to outdated information, or they only did special needs it was full or you just never got through. Had to find a different dental office just to be told I couldn’t get the X-rays they took and charted of his teeth but because they didn’t bill for them I couldn’t get access to those records! Try at Your own risk it’s not terrible but there is room for better.

This is hands down the best dental office I have been to. All of the staff are amazing and make you feel so comfortable. They play bomb music to help with patients who are a little nervous. Not to mention the manager Olivia is outstanding and always explains procedures so well. This is the dental office to go to for great professional service?

Worst dentist EVER! Your appt can be at 10am and you won’t get seen until an hour later!! Just for them to bring you to the back and wait AGAIN!!! It has gotten worse over the years

I would give them 10 Stars if I could! Seriously, My children have been coming here for about 2 yrs now and they absolutely love the staff. My 12 year old had her braces did here, Which She Absolutely Loves Soo Much!! ?? Don’t get me wrong, we’ve had our hiccups here & there But We’re Human & We Have Those Sometimes ??‍♀️? but no matter what… they always make it right! ?????? ? Ms Olivia!!!? ?????? .. The Manager here; She’s Truly An Angel ? She really tries her most absolute best to Make Sure that she does everything to help you if you’re having an issue. She breaks things down in ways where you understand perfectly. Don’t Get It twisted tho, they’re no pushovers at all so don’t try them lol.. ??? In All Seriousness, I would Recommend Destiny Dental located on 87th & cottage Grove To anybody who’s looking for a Very Good Quality Dentist Office that’s Family Oriented & Filled w Love & Care!??

Didn’t get to even get to the dentist because the intake people were so rude. I called for an appointment and never got a confirmation text or email because they put in the wrong information. When I called around to see who I made the appointment with and informed her that my number was incorrect in the system she was like whatever and then asked if I was coming in. So I just cancelled the appointment because if they act like that the dentist can’t be no better and probably encourages the behavior

This place has bad reviews so I decided to cancel even though it is convenient for me, the receptionist who answered the phone was dry and not friendly, I c why they have more negative reviews than good ones. I saved my self, I will be calling my insurance to report this unprofessional business.
