Desertview Dental Care

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. From my initial phone call, signing in, and patient care the doctor and everyone were friendly and provided excellent dental care and treatment. The doctor immediately addressed my emergency need which was a big relief. He went over the full treatment plan very well. I'm so glad I found Desertview Dental Care, I highly recommended them.

This is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to! He’s friendly and quick, but most importantly his work is amazing! His staff is top notch! I am so glad I found this office for all my dental needs!

My wife has advanced Alzheimer's. The dentist and hygienist have been very good at getting her to cooperate. They have a very nice manner of dealing with her.

My experience with Desertview Dental Care was poor. Firstly, it is very hard to get through someone to book an appointment and when i was able to get the appointment i was told to send my insurance information so they are able to see if they are in network with my insurance. I sent this a week before my actual appointment and did not receive any other correspondence. When i arrived for the appointment i was asked if i was using insurance and I told them i had sent my insurance information.They checked the system and told me they found it but no one mentioned to me that it was oit of network to let me decide if i would still continue with the service . I only went in for a clean so it was okay (nothing special).When i received my bill(which i received 60 days overdue) i have been trying to reach out to them regarding this and its so hard to get a hold of them.I will take the responsibility and pay it but i will never go here again or recommend them to anyone. I hope this helps someone else.

They are very easy to work with and did a great job cleaning my teeth and X-rays. Did not try to over sell me but did give me some options on some older crowns I asked about. Thank you for great service!
