Desert Sunrise Dental

My husband and I have been going to this office for 5 - 6 years. Yesterday, was the first time we both had our teeth cleaned by their new hygienist and left with very sore gums/mouth. Also, the new dentist does not seem overly friendly, have never been introduced to her and have no idea what her name is. Thankfully Nancy, the receptionist, and Jill, the dental assistant, are still there!

Wow! I can't believe my last visit. For as long as I've been going to Dr. Green this is the first time I have been so disappointed. The hygienist did a very bad job on cleaning my teeth. My exrays were not on the screen and she was apparently busy doing other things as she didn't spend no more than 10 minutes total on me and I never saw Dr. Green. I was rushed in and out so fast it was hardly worth the trip.

From the front office staff, dental hygienists to this office's dentists, I love this dental office. Good customer service, caring and qualified staff and dentists! Have been a long time patient and plan to continue with them. I appreciate their approach to good dental care and that they refrain from up-selling services.

Everyone is so attentive & kind. I needed a tooth checked out and they got me in right away. I did not see Dr. Green as he has a new dentist working in the office with him & she was wonderful. She was very gentle & took great care of me.
