My Son and I had the best experience at her consultation! Ashetin and Dr. Depew were both so kind and informative. The front desk staff were all very nice and helpful as well! They did a wonderful job making my son feel comfortable. He absolutely love this dentist office. fun atmosphere but most importantly very friendly and knowledgeable staff !I can’t think of one single thing that would have made the experience better. They go above and beyond!

All I can say if there was the option for 100 stars Depew would get them. First, From the second we walked in the door we felt like part of the family. We were greeted by a friendly front desk staff and was told to wait and we would be seen for our appointment. We waited all of 2 minutes at most. This is unheard of now a days. When we were greeted for the appointment we had Melanie who showed us around. We seriously felt like a house guest and she was showing us her place. Melanie was amazing. Very detailed, very energetic, and extremely knowledgeable about the whole process. She won our two daughters over instantly. When she brought us back to the exam room she made our daughter feel so comfortable as she was a little scared of the process. She was patient, calming, and made our daughter feel so special. The patience and detail she took with all the pre-procedures was incredible to watch. It was truly a blessing of an experience. Thank you Melanie for everything and treating our daughter like your own. Dr. Depew came in next and he did not disappoint. What an amazing person. He was funny, personable, and very detailed. He made all of us feel right at home….his home. He was very positive and encouraging for the plan and process for our daughter’s dental care to come. Thank you Dr. Depew for your outstanding service. Taylor was our amazing assistant that did the work on our daughter. She was so caring, gentle, and reassuring to her. She calmed her down and made her feel so comfortable for the procedure of getting the braces put on. What a blessing to have someone with such an amazing and positive personality work on your daughter. I can’t say enough about how she made our daughter feel and when done made her feel like the most beautiful girl around. Thank you Taylor for your amazing work. Last we saw Kenneth who went over the billing, service agreement, and what to expect. He was top notch. Very detailed and informative about everything. He also was hilarious. We felt like we were in the backyard just cutting up. What a great experience with Kenneth. Thank you for your true professionalism and personality. All of this being said Depew Orthodontics is a top notch facility. I don’t think you will find a more caring, detailed, and professional staff like Depew. I highly suggest if you’re in the market to visit Depew. I know you won’t be disappointed. Hunter Schumaker

Incredibly beautiful office! Everyone was so welcoming and so nice! Shannon was absolutely amazing!! They explained everything so well, answered all our questions and made us feel so comfortable. I absolutely recommend this practice! I look forward to seeing their work with both my daughter’s braces!

I’ve had 2 kids (4 years apart) get braces with Depew and both times have been a great experience! Wonderful Staff, Professional Work & Payment Plans are Great! I haven’t met a staff member yet that has been unpleasant. And I hope you are greeted by Emily Wilson when you go because she is well loved by many!

My family and I were thoroughly impressed on our first visit at Depew Orthodontics! The staff was so welcoming and we were well taken care of. We got a tour of the beautiful facility and Ms. Shannon took her time explaining everything to us in such a caring manner. Dr. Young was excellent in informing us of the best options for our daughter’s teeth. Upon our second visit we had the same positive reception from the staff and Ms. Shannon. We are looking forward to our future visits here!
